Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a young man who asked whether we were there for a pick up or to dine in. When we told him we'd like to be seated he instructed us to step into the dining room and he'd have a server seat us. As we did, we heard him yell back to someone that there were customers in the dining room. Almost immediately, we heard someone yell back at him and the two started arguing loudly back and forth. The server came out and seated us and immediately took our drink orders. She wasn't unfriendly, more like indifferent. As soon as we sat down I started noticing how dirty everything was. One of the chairs at our table was so filthy and covered with dried up food that we couldn't even sit in it and I had to exchange it for a chair at another table. The floor of the restaurant didn't appear to have been vacuumed in ages and the carpet was filthy. We ordered our pizzas and they came out quickly and looked pretty good. When I went to grab the pepper shaker, my hand literally stuck to it because of the caked on filth. I touched the salt shaker and red pepper flakes and they were equally as filthy. I took my knife and scraped about 1/8 of an inch of crud from the side of the pepper shaker. These things obviously haven't been washed in months, if ever. At that point we had all lost our appetites so I asked for the check. I made sure to tell the server about the issues and she could not have cared less. If the dining room that everyone sees looks like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Avoid this place at all cost. We'll never be back.

Today, I observed an exceptionally high volume of orders--8 cars in the drive-thru, approximately 15 customers inside (mostly DoorDash orders), and a visibly understaffed team working under intense pressure. Despite the overwhelming demand and limited manpower, the staff handled the rush impressively. My order was 100% accurate, and I witnessed the team moving quickly and efficiently to meet everyone's needs. Fulton doesn't have many options to choose from when it comes to food so this location is crucial, and it's clear the employees are doing their best with the resources they have. That said, it's evident they need more support. The current staff is doing an incredible job, but they're stretched thin.
