The southwest shrimp salad I had was also delicious. The shrimp were cooked just right with a good amount of seasoning to them. The vegetables and tortilla strips were fresh and crunchy. The cilantro lime dressing also had a nice brightness to it, but also that creamy texture. We will definitely be back in the future when we come back to this area.
