I see the older, negative reviews and I wonder what was going on back then. It's definitely NOT like that now. I've rediscovered subway and have ordered from this restaurant numerous times recently with no issues. I actually forgot how good subway sandwiches are and I can feed a family of 4 for well under $30 which is amazing. I order with the app so I can customize my somewhat picky order and get exactly what I want. My kids LOVE subway sandwiches which makes lunch an easy choice. I don't know if management or ownership changed, but I have not had a bad experience here yet. read more

What can I say... they have been out of olives, and other condiments for weeks and the toaster has been broken for at least 2 weeks. I don't blame the staff, but it is apparent the owner/manager does not care. My lunch days at this subway are over. read more

Cassidy has been messing up my orders and being unfocused, she was previously rude to the elderly, She's just very inconsistent and not locked in, I get a bad day but it's every time, I like a smile and she can't even be positive. No hate, would just like better service. read more

We ordered online at 10am for pick up at noon, we got a confirmation sandwiches where being made. So she left to go pick them up. As she arrived she notice a line of customers, with three employs working. She went to the counter and told them I have online order. To her disbelief they told her they haven't had time to do online orders and was pointed to the stack of online orders. Remember she made the order at 10am. She Ask how long till you get to them and was told "I don't know" This store obviously has a lack of management or a process in place or the employees just don't give a &@-$! read more

Let me preface my review with my husband is an avid subway customer. He probably frequented 35 different subway restaurants in 2022. As a sales rep, he gets around to new places all the time and seeks out the subways for his lunch sandwich. Now onto the Hamilton location, my husband and I stopped into this location for lunch after leaving the hospital where his mom had been admitted. (My husband had already stopped there twice before I came into town). There were three employees there that day. Two young men and Julia. The young man with pink/red hair was a gem. Sorry we didn't get his name. Julia was at the end I of the line adding veggies and sauce to the sandwich. My husband asked for nice red tomatoes (he always does) and that was the start of the attitude. Julia tossed the half red slices back into the container and picked out two new slices, which is when my husband asked for a third slice of tomato, please. Julia answered with, "we only put two slices on a 6" (again another request my husband always makes and has never had an issue) next there was an issue with adding a bit more lettuce. Then my husband asked for a thin strip of dressing. Julia replied, "I can't control the thickness of the strip!" So at this point I am thinking, this gal has an attitude. If you press hard on the dressing container you get a thick strip of dressing. If you gently press the container, you get a thin strip. Again, my husband regularly makes these requests and they have always been met with, "Sure, no problem!" Not with Julia. The other young man finished our ordered and we left. Needless to say, we didn't go back during our visit. Although my husband did make it back to the Corvallis and Stevensville Subway restaurants a few more times during our visit with all requests met with a smile. I will never go back to this subway. A sandwich artist was issuing foul language, and throwing things. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I could tell she was making her co worker uncomfortable. I will go out of my way to get to literally any other subway than this one. Very disappointing. read more

This particular location had been shut down for months. They recently just opened back up. I was helping my friend out on her lunch break to pick up an online order. When she went to get it she opened it up to check it and saw the sauces she ordered were not on the sandwich. Now the both of us being in customer service ourselves, and also had both worked at subway in the past, we understand mistakes and don't find it to be a big deal. She went to the register to ask if she could get her sauces and the teenage brace face who was apparently the "the manager" started the interaction with eye rolls and complete disrespect. All my friend wanted was the sauces on the side and this little girl was just coming up with every which reason I n why the sauces weren't on there and was just wanting to argue. It ended up escalated into a screaming match in the middle of Hamilton subway. There she was screaming at my friend infront of all the other customers, I felt uncomfortable and it seems the rest of the customers did as well, but I technically can't speak for them. Being that I worked there before I know the owner likes to throw young girls in there and expect it to run itself, he pops in for all of 2 minutes a day to collect the deposit from the night before, then sits and watches the cameras, this is how he manages his store. There's no leadership, no order, and no training for these girls, and that results in the worst customer service I've have ever seen read more

Went to subway tonight after a long trip to Bozeman for dinner ordered the tuna and was very disappointed the tuna looked crunchie and old along with the veggies, they didn't even bother getting rid of the top tuna that looked so bad. Then did not even use a scooper to scoop the tuna used a plastic table spoon and was served about 50 cents worth of tuna on a foot long... all around poor food worst experience with subway too bad to its one of my favorite places to eat. always love eating here, i eat here at least once a week. i'm vegetarian, and every time i eat here with my family meat eaters, i end up getting my sandwich cut with a dirty knife. it is a law in food safety that you do NOT cross contaminate, and this is cross contamination at its best. yesterday, my friend bought a meatball marinara and i, as always, bought my veggie sandwich, and i got bits of meatball and marinara sauce on the cut line. i had to cut half of it off and for the price of a foot long, i got a six inch. it happened again, today, when my friend bought a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. and last week, when my mom got a tuna i had tuna ALL over my sandwich and i could taste it. i've been super sweet about it for months and months, and even the people i've told multiple times still do it. i don't know if it's out of spite or out of pure ignorance, but i hope the latter. i was avoiding making a bad review because i don't want to seem awful but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LET ME HAVE A VEGETABLE SANDWICH. it happens EVERY TIME. the foot is amazing but this is unacceptable. i could have a reaction and so could anyone else who has a sandwich cut with a dirty knife. i just want to have a guilt-free, vegetarian and worth it sandwich. i should not have to cut half of my sandwich and throw it away. thanks:) i'd hate to stop coming for such a little bit huge inconvenience to keep happening. read more
