I had a crispy chicken sandwich combo meal at the Burger King in Hamilton MT today... the sandwich was HORRIBLE! This used to be a great place to grab a quick meal. Not any more and it's been going downhill for a few years. Going inside or drive thru they can't get the order right. No one knows how to use their app and they can't or won't help. Drove thru this morning wanting to use their app special for a free croissanwich if you spend $1.00. I was planning to buy one and use their app coupon. They couldn't help. The app said their coupon was not available at this restaurant. I heard 2 "I'm sorry" but no help. I drove down the road and gave McDs my money. $3.00 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a couple of thank yous. Guess where I will return? read more

I love the $5.00 meal (When the burger is warm) Last month I pulled into the right drive-thru lane to order. The server welcomed me and said she would be with me shortly. 10 minutes or so later she repeated her welcome and put me on hold. Then 2 cars in the left lane had their orders taken. When the second one was served I left the drive-thru and parked in front , and went in and asked to speak to the person in charge. I explained to the manager about my 20 minute wait. Her manner was such that I felt that she was annoyed that I was bothering her with this. She asked what I wanted to order. I told her, paid her, and received my order...sort of. The burger was not what I ordered. Once again I felt as if I was bothering her. Finally I had what I ordered, 40 minutes after I pulled into the drive-thru. And they call this fast food! After 25 years as a retail manager I have served a few less than gracious customers and always with a smile, so I always handle any personal grievances by treating the counter person the way I would want to be treated. This place is never staffed... they are always out of everything. The guy at the desk said they haven't had apple sauce for kids in 3 months, no sprite...... I waited 18 minutes for a classic chicken sandwich... and they managed to mess that up. whoever owns this place needs some training or something and for heavens sake, hire more people. Had breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. Very very impressed with our server Ace. He was quick and efficient and when not serving customers grabbed a shovel and cleared snow off sidewalk. I was the only person in the store, around 5:10 pm. I clearly ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss cheese. WhenI got home, I saw that I received a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I've been to this Burger King three times in the last few weeks. The first two times were outstanding. Extremely friendly service and decent burgers. The third time I went was terrible. It took close to 10 minutes to place an order at the drive-through. I ended up abandoning my order and going to McDonald's after over 25 minutes of waiting. McDonald's took less than 5 minutes to take my order and send me on my way. read more

We waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes, we were told twice that someone would be right with us. I finally called the store and was told by the person in the office the girl working the window did not see us or the other 5 card that left. When the girl handed out our drinks she said sprite and coke, my wife told her it was supposed to be iced tea and coke. She said that is what it is, no, it was sweet tea. A different girl came to the window so my wife asked for regular iced tea. And the new girl said all of our iced tea is sweet unless you specify unsweetened tea. Then she developed a poor attitude. Eventually we got our food, unorganized and bad attitudes by at least two of their employees. We asked for a receipt and they said they could not give us one. read more

Ordered a spicy wrap, fries and ketchup. What I received was Cardboard like fries, NO ketchup - and it desperately needed ketchup and SALT. NO NAPKINS and a tiny piece of chicken lost in a mound of tortilla and watery sauce. It was AWFUL. Don't waste your money or time here. I threw it in the garbage after two bites of fries and chicken. This has got to be one of the worst burger kings around. The staff is incredibly rude and apparently refuses to clean. The floors and every table is disgusting and sticky. I returned to this Burger King to give it another try as I received some coupons in the mail that I could use. When I got their it was around 11:15 am and the drive thru was packed with at least 8 cars waiting to place their order. No biggie so I went inside to place my order. I was the only one in there. One guy was running back and forth between the 2 windows. He would collect the money and then run to the other to give them their food. It was ridiculous to watch. Talk about wasted motion. A time/ work management specialist would have had a field day pointing out the inefficient way this place was run. Then I noticed a guy on his iPhone, and I tried to get his attention to place my order. He said he would be right with me. Without a doubt, the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Went to the drive thru as the lobby was closed. Took about 20-25 minutes. I then asked for my receipt as I need one. I was told "We are not giving paper receipts". I informed them that i had to have a receipt. Was told we don't have paper and are not giving receipts. I then asked if that was a new policy, as I need my receipts. I then asked the gal if she could just write something on a piece of paper as I can not leave without a receipt. I was told that she would call the police on me. I then stated, "Okay, I will wait, but I still need a receipt". She then wrote one on a sticky note and said "good day". WOW! Have been here over 4 times, usually when passing through. Every time the wait was so slow from the drive through. One time the order was totally wrong and there was only one thing I ordered. Last time we tried the Whopper and Impossible Burger. Both were dry because they burned the tops of the buns and were hard to the touch, we were already out of town when this was noticed so it was not worth it to go back and complaine. Every time I go, the first window has no one there, even after waiting for a minute or so. But when I pull up to the second window, it's a production because they want you to pay at the first window. Tonight was the last straw; I had to circle the building and get back in line to pay at the first window- where there was still no one. She did appear fairly quickly and handled the car in front of me. When I got up, I said that I understand they're busy, people have to cover multiple stations, but if you can't be there, at least put up a sign so I know you're coming back. Oh, you don't have a sign? Make one. You can't because you're not a manager? Well, pass the word along. She can't because "that's not my job". There is nothing guaranteed to drive a customer into a rage than hearing that. If it's truly something you can't do, you apologize and offer a solution. I don't think my request was unreasonable. The food is fine, standard Burger King food, but I leave irritated every single time so it's not worth it. DQ has better salads and decent burgers. read more

Was waiting for food over seven minutes at the window. One of the four drinks was incorrect, and for the third time in a row one of the burgers came with mayo when we confirmed no mayo on the burger four times when ordering.
