Went there for 2 double cheese burgers fries a coke and a CUP OF CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM . Drive up to pay and I received a pup cup of ice cream . The new guy at the window was very nice and I clarified that I wanted a cup of chocolate ice cream , then he asked the rude manager guy for clarification. The rude manager came over to the window and began to belittle me like a 5 year old and said "so you want a Sunday? " I said no just a cup of ice cream and he said , so a Sunday . Now correct me if I'm wrong, but a Sunday is chocolate sauce nuts a cherry, stuff like that . So in his rude fashion, he charged me almost 4 dollars for a small cup of chocolate ice cream . The young female cashier and tall skinny male employee were too busy flirting with each other to recognize that I had stood waiting for help for several minutes, I believe the male saw me and turned his back to me, I actually walked behind the counter and waited several more minutes and finally had to ask for help. We have only had positive experiences here. I have taken a bus load of third graders here on a snowy day and the staff was impressively quick and efficient. For many years we have had our end of the year track (40 kids) ceremony on their patio. The ambiance is so nice and clean. The food has been delicious every time I come here with my grandkids. read more

Went there this evening to purchase ice cream. Drive thru had only one car already at the window. Order taker asked us to wait in order to take our order. Waited about two minutes and ordered 2 buster bars. Proceeded to window and paid for items. Waited another minute to be told that store was out of buster bars. Here is how you perfectly add assault to injury.... employee did not offer a refund, instead she offered 3 dilly bars (I figured right away that 3 of these unwanted items added up to the amount we originally paid). I asked if I could have a dipped cone instead, right away she suggested a kid cone or a small cone. I giggled and suggested a small cone (it actually look like a kid cone). She asked my driver if he wanted the same, he actually order a sugar free dilly bar. I think I am finally done with our local DQ!!! I much rather traveled the 35 miles to the Lolo location, which by the way has a pretty consistent ice cream quality and definitely FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! :) read more

I hate leaving bad reviews. You can see that, by the amount of reviews I've done. And you can see the over all rating for this place is just a tick above my rating. I am so very tired of spending hard earned money on FF that is just NOT GOOD. $22.00+ change for two single bacon cheese burgers with no onion. 1 large malted shake and 1 large order on onion rings. To go. I get it, you cant hire help, or good help, or train help. I am sorry for that. But maybe you shouldn't serve crappy food either to paying customers. Our server was new I think. Based on the overheard conversations from the open window from what was I think a manager guy. It was 1-2 pm on 12/19. They didn't give a receipt in the bag. But she didn't cook it, she took the order. But I am not sure why a cook would put such horrible wilted lettuce on a burger and onions when ordered without. Additionally, the bacon; needs a slightly longer cook. That's just poor oversight by management. I couldn't finish my burger it was agh. The shake was also runny not what a shake should be somewhat thick if not very thick.. its Dairy Queen right ??? Why cant these places just do it right? I can wait, make it right, take some pride in a job well done. Where has this gone? Its not the money... I get that too... its the quality.. there is none. It's the only one around, but it's possibly the worst DQ I've been to. I try to be understanding with staffing shortages but it gets real old after a while. The lobby is never open so if you go with the kids to get a treat you'll probably be disappointed. I'm a classic hot fudge sunday person with some peanut butter added and it is always super skimpy, and I'm charged for the peanut butter too. Don't go if you're in a hurry, the drive thru takes foooorreeevvver, but again, that's your only option since the lobby is closed most of the time. The employees are fine! Pretty standard level of customer service there. read more

3rd time I've ordered 1/2 lb flamethrower burgers, yet received 1/4 lb burgers. As you can see by the picture, the meat was old, hard, and unpalatable. The cheese seemed to be thrown on as an afterthought, not the least melted. Called the restaurant. The manager was nice. And did offer to cook us new sandwiches. But having already made it home to Corvallis, I really didn't want to go back. The crappy food is consistent. And I doubt if we'll eat here very much. read more

Only one guy in there seems to know what's going on, tall blond guy missing two front teeth the rest of them are off not doing a damn thing. I went in there one day and this dude was the only one working while the rest of them were outside smoking. Another day I went in and I heard "Savanna" I think was her name talking to another co worker about his package, there is constant sex talk among the teenagers and talk about drug use. The owner really needs to watch what is going on its unacceptable. I have family that bring their kids here and they wont be frequenting this location any more. read more

Not to happy, I paid for extra gravy for my chicken strips and I get none at all! I ask for a lettuce wrap sandwich and they give it to me wrapped in a tortilla. My niece asks for a hot fudge shake and they added peanut butter! So pretty much the only thing they got right on my order is my Pepsi and that's cuz all they had to do was give me the cup! read more

My family visited this Dairy Queen to remember our wonderful grandmother who has recently passed away at the triumphant age of 104 and a half. Her favorite snack in her old age was Dairy Queen's chicken strip basket and a small blizzard. So to honor her memory my family, 20 total, came to share her favorite meal. As overwhelming as I'm sure we were, the staff here were willing to go above and beyond with their service. Everyone received their meal hot and left feeling full and happy. One of the areas best fast food restaurants. Service is quick, staff friendly and helpful and the food is great. They even bring your food out to the table. We live in Victor but when we are in Hamilton this Dairy Queen is one of our favorite places to eat. You can't go wrong. read more

Every time we go here to get ice cream it's always extremely runny and poorly mixed. Not to mention it takes way too long for them to make your ice cream. I'm going to stick to getting Dairy Queen soft serve at other locations. Not sure how the food is as we Never get it. Just know the soft serve is too soft and not well mixed. read more

Dairy Queen is more expensive than the Lolo and Missoula stores with the portion sizes a lot smaller. I received a blizzard that wasn't even filled all the way to the top of the cup. It was a long wait time for 2 blizzards and a banana split. Might be awhile before I return to this Dairy Queen. read more
