My issues with my order was that gave me instead of half sweet tea and half lemonade they gave me half tea and half soda like if it's a normal thing people ask for. Also I complained on how my burrito was made, and what they said was "as long as the burrito has all the ingredients" they don't care how it's made every single bite I took of my burrito was a different! first bite nothing but hashbrowns second bite nothing but egg third bite nothing but fucking cheese and the last bite was all the bacon They layered my burrito vertically!!!! They also care more about their drive-through timer than actually helping. Their general manager was the worst especially when she would accuse me of receiving items I DIDNT EVEN ORDER by saying "I remember you I took your order and bagged your food and proceeded to read off my reciept(not even close to what I ordered) and then 10 seconds later changes her story to say it's not my receipt and when I ask for the correct one she said she threw it away and couldn't do anything.... Also personal opinion is that she should at least wear gloves with those nasty hands and fingers

The burgers have always been wonderful and they are always cooked to perfection. We have never had to send any food back and our order has always been right. I love the option to tell them what you want on your burger and toppings are included. Customer Service has always been wonderful. The staff always seem to be working hard whether that means stocking sauces, product, wiping tables ect. The interior has ample seating. I would hope they didn't but in any event she was not too pleased with it.. she also stated the chicken was bland and unflavored... My big chicken sandwich was not thin but was blend and unflavored as well. I will say my fries came out hot so no complaints there other than it was a kid size amount of fries for the amount you pay for in the combo price!!I would like to add my beverage that came with my big chicken combo was full of ice and very little beverage which after a few sips I was still thirsty because I had minimal beverage and a cup full of ice. I was not happy about that!. The overall cost was kind of pricey for what you get. Overall I gave 3 stars for my first visit.
