Sometimes I have to back out of parking spots two or three times to find one that is not blue screen of death. We're so far past that and computer technology but it's honestly kind of embarrassing and it may even require Sonic personally re-evaluating their it Department that handles these things. The second thing is it blows my mind that Sonic is starting to move into the territory of being like McDonald's when it comes to their ice cream machine. But Sonic Prides themselves on their Sonic Blast and other ice cream treats so to go there two different times over the course of four months for ice cream and their ice cream machine being broken or partially malfunctioned in that time span it leads me to believe that there is some negligence happening with the maintenance of equipment at this particular facility. Outside of that staff is extremely friendly and takes care of the guests very promptly. This includes even when the ice cream machine has been broken that they have been extremely friendly and apologetic about the issue which is always great and makes the situation so much better. Overall I just wish Sonic would take more time and attention into their computer systems at the restaurant in addition to making sure that all of their equipment is properly maintenance and functioning because the fact that in a four-month span of time the ice cream machine has been broken twice and the fact that in four and a half years I can drive in there and pull into a bay that has had a computer failure is not a good sign
