I was starving, so I got their meal deal, which is half sandwich, bag of chips, and a drink. While all of the sandwiches sounded delicious, I ended up going with the Purple Rain, which is their version of a chicken salad sandwich. Mad at myself for taking so long to get here & try one of these sandos because it was so damn good. I got the Caprese which y'all was so goddamn delicious. The jam somehow fused with the crunchy chips, peppers & tomato on some next level of existence to create a mouth fill that was incredible & tasty. My wife got the peach chicken one that was equally as great. I'm not sure if you could go wrong with any option. Currently trying to figure out how to place myself in the area more often to go back. Needed to stop in for a bit before my flight home and was very happy with my choice. The bartender/server was friendly and they're whipping up some good sandwiches. A local couple came in shortly after me and seemed to have tried every sandwich saying they're all good which only confirmed my feelings. They have some really interesting choice and the vibes like most Nashville places have that vintage historic feeling while still feeling fresh and welcoming. I got the cranberry linger. Which had cheddar cheese cranberry jam bacon and slaw. The peaches for me would've been my other but it seemed like a lot before a flight. Located inside Fait La Force brewery. Had the chance to enjoy the Californiacation sandwich prior to Profs and Pints was it was absolutely delicious! Starting with the bread, it was delicious and freshly baked. The ratio of all the ingredients was perfect from the Doritos to the red hot chili pepper jam. It was a filling sandwich but not a heavy sandwich, which is sometimes tough to find. Will definitely be back for another amazing sandwich. read more

If it's your first time, I recommend rolling up to Fait la Force with a group of friends and ordering several subs so everyone can sample each flavor! My favorite is the Capreazy-E. It's a fun take on the classic caprese, and it's loaded up with all sorts of saucy toppings. The blackberry jam really brings it all together. My husband's favorite is the Californication - any sandwich with Doritos on it is worth celebrating. I also highly recommend the Peaches for Me. I got to try a few different sandwiches and generally they were pretty good. I got the chicken sandwich with peach jam and pesto. The other I got to try was the turkey with coleslaw and Doritos. I love how creative the sandwiches were! They are huge and very affordable! I think they were good but not as flavorful as I had hoped they would be. While there was a little peach flavor that came through it was really subtle and the pesto was super light so it was easy to miss. Still a great spot for lunch! read more

Some of the best sandwiches I've had in Nashville. A must see when on the West Route, Music City Brew Hop(a beer tour trolly) If you do anything, Get the pimiento cheese appetizer. The chef/owner came out to say hi and asked how everyone was enjoying their food. Which was a nice added bonus! Location: partnering with Fait La Force inside the brewery. We stopped by on a Thursday (late afternoon) and it was pretty empty. The decor is pretty interesting. It has an old world charm with a dash of a masculine vibe. I ordered the orange jam sandwich to share with the honey. That dang sandwich was freakin delicious! The orange marmalade came through without overpowering the sandwich. I happened upon this gem a few months ago and I am SO glad I did!! First of all, I love the Nashville location. It's not too busy around the area and plenty of parking. The atmosphere is so welcoming from the antique sofas to the awesome bartender (not sure of her name but she wears glasses). Now I don't drink and they had a few NA options on their menu but if you like beer, it's a win. The first time I went in got the Peaches For Me and my goodness that sandwich is one of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever eaten! Pulled chicken, fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, a balsamic glaze all topped off with a peach jam! The combination works so well together much to my surprise. And the bread!!! The freakin' bread is Cuban bread which is so hard for me to find around here. It's so soft, doesn't hurt to bite into it (some tear the roof of my mouth up), and all over compliment the fillings so well. My girlfriend got the Purple Rain which I got to take a yummy bite of. I love grapes on my chicken salad so to top it off with a grape jam? Genius! We went back today and it was really difficult to try a different sandwich. You know how sometimes you go to a place for a second time and think that you should have stuck with your original sandwich? Nope!! Not this place. I got the Californication this time and it absolutely did not disappoint! It's not too spicy which I really appreciated considering it has a jalapeño slaw AND red hot chili pepper jam. But my favorite part (besides that darn soft bread) is that they put Doritos in the sandwich!! It's like a twofer. Two for one! She got the Purple Rain again because that's just how darn good it is. I even got a Peaches For Me to go and I can't wait for my lunch tomorrow. We sat outside and the view of the Nashville skyline is just so pretty. I can't wait to go back and try another one!!!
