This CFA sits on the busy street of Glenbrook Way in Hendersonville, just off of Exit 6 and for the most part is your standard CFA location with the exception of still having a play place for the kiddos. We have eaten here a couple of times when in the area, always order through the app, whether we are dining inside or picking up Elvia the drive thru. Process is always seamless, orders are always correct and service is always friendly. The interior is a bit worn, namely the tables and chairs. Nothing terrible, but definitely noticeable. Same with cleanliness of the tables we noticed during both of our fine in visits. Overall, solid CFA location that we will certainly visit again when in Hendersonville. read more

If there was a perfect Chick-fil-A, this would be the one. It's located at one of the busiest areas of Hendersonville. I don't often travel this way but when I do I enjoy this Chik-fil-a. They are always busy but they are fast and friendly, I like this one because there is plenty of room for you to que up and you are not wrapped around out into the street. This is a rare occurrence with Chik-Fil-a as I think the franchises purposefully choose locations that are crazy to get in and out of. And I will stop going to a place if it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. No worries with this location though. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. they do not seem to pressure you into ordering fast even when there are wall to wall cars. When I feel the pressure is on I just order the first thing I see and get something I didn't want. Not a problem at this location, like I said, worth the visit. read more

It's Chick-fil-A so it's always consistent. I guess there's something to say in that. But as all fast food these days, they hire young people with zero manners. Dining room was open with customers eating and some young guy who worked there decided it was ok to clean the windows over our heads. Soapy water dripping. Giving us looks because we were in his way. the last 3 times that I have been to Chic-fil-A in Hendersonville at 1033 Glenbrook, The service was bad and very slow. It seems that they are hiring people that really don't want to work. They use to move from car to car when taking orders but now they just want to stand in one spot and lean up against the columns while taking your order. I had to wait behind someone for 10 minutes today because they messed this persons order up. This use to never happen. What happened to the lady Manager that used to be there? Looks like inflation has effected Chick-fil-A too. I ordered a Market Salad and it was noticeably smaller and it had mostly iceberg lettuce in it . Still the same great service though. read more

I am a Nashville native still working in Nashville as well as Cincinnati. I was in town and decided to go to this particular Chick-fil-A again. I give them props -- they are better than they were, I mean the crowded drive thru lines weren't spilling over into Glenbrook Way as it did last time I was here. But again, I've almost had the same run in the parking lot. They still don't prioritize the dining room customers over the drive thru line. Despite a crosswalk being placed, the drivers seem to not even care that they almost ran over me and my daughter. Can't really fault the restaurant too much except for the fact they prioritize drivers over traditional customers. Food was good though, a bit price but still good. read more

This location is anti-dog. Just moved here from Louisville a month ago. My pup is accustomed to going to Chic Fil a 2-3 days a week to get a pup cup (small cup of whipped cream). This location refuses to allow me to PURCHASE a side of whipped cream for my buddy. I even tried to order it as a "side of whipped cream" and was told they wouldn't do it because they "know it's for a dog". Won't return to eat here. *Post-Covid review* This is drive-through only currently and all employees with whom I interacted wore masks. If you place a mobile order, you can pay through their app for contact-free payment. The drive-through here is usually packed, so in the past, I would go inside to order. No matter how busy them seem, I'd be in and out within 5-10 minutes. The few times I've done drive-through has taken about 10-15 mins. The employees here are all very polite and service is efficient. My only complaint about this Chick-fil-A is that it can cause traffic issues sometimes with cars overflowing from their lot onto Glenbrook Way. They had a remodel earlier this year that seems to have helped. read more

As I have said in my reviews of Chick-fil-A lately, it is honestly the easiest thing when road tripping with twin two year olds. There are a ton of them, they are guaranteed to have a play place, and they are always efficient with high quality. This location seemed to be either new or remodeled. It was kind of complicated to get here from the interstate and we had to take some twists and turns and then get on another highway just to make it. But it was a good break from a 7 hour drive. The service was good per usual. And the food was as quality as any other location. The only downfall from the "main" parking lot was having to walk through the long double lines of drive thru. There didn't seem to be a great direct path to get in where we parked. Which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but refer back to slow walking and clumsy 2 year olds. read more

I'd give it more stars but maybe they should've put money towards training their staff on how to complete orders v remodeling the restaurant. It's bad when you're not giving everything from the first time only to go back in to get what they forgot. Then get home and still have missing items. All online orders have to wait in lines with the orders being placed. Four lanes converge into two. And, for the 1st time ever, I saw employees standing idle. The food is good but I didn't get my ice cream cone I paid for. it was on the receipt, and I asked for apple juice for my daughter and got a chocolate milk instead. Service was fast through the drive thru. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The workers are very nice and polite but I still would have liked a little better service with the missing food items. Just came to Chick Fil A and was treated so rudely and disrespected by an employee! Some guy I never saw here before took my order and stood and argued with me for at least 3-4 mins regarding getting no brown crust on my granddaughter's Mac and cheese. I bring her here at least 1-2 per week and my grandson's as well. I've ordered this way for several times as she will not eat the crust and I end up throwing 1/2 of a $6 max and cheese away. A girl told me a few weeks ago I could absolutely ask for it not to be put in the container. He just kept saying we don't do that and I said yes you do I order it that way at least once a week for her and so do my daughters that come with her. He continued to argue with me saying he had asked a manager about this before and had been told no. So I told him to ask a manager that was behind the counter and he said sure just put it in with no crust !!!! He never apologized or anything just kept asking me if there was anything else . Had it not been for upsetting a 4 year old on our weekly lunch date here at this Chick Fil A, I would have left and not come back. This guy was training another guy and I hate that he is teaching him to be rude to customers ! He was wearing a blue shirt and has longish full blond hair. I should have asked his name but people were lining up fast and looking at me. He was just trying to make an old lady look or feel foolish but it just made him look bad and made the restaurant look even worse. They also only have drive thru right now which makes getting anything from this location a logistical and time consuming nightmare. Since the new remodel it's aggravating to pull in and have to wait for the drive through window to move up before you can make your way to the parking lot( we sat there 8-10 minutes ) to dine in and then to weed your way through all of the cars going through drive through to get to the inside . . We also dislike the new decor / seats in the dine in area . It was much better before the remodel . The parking lot markers are confusing because they remarked them but with straight parking slots and the parallel marks still very visible . Now for the food review , the chicken tender have drastically shrunk in size . Just not a fan after all of the changes . read more

Chick-fil-A is the pinnacle of fast food. You don't have to be a chicken fan to enjoy this food. It's outstanding. Make sure you try the Chick-fil-A sauce, which is outstanding.The other chicken places-within a mile or two-don't compare. This restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly; where else can you go for under $100 per person and have someone serving you say, "It's my pleasure"? They've got new coffee which even coffee snobs like me can appreciate. I just wish they had fish sandwiches year round, so I don't have to hit the golden arches. read more

It's strange that this location will not give out pup cups even if you offer to pay for it. We went through a few days ago and I thought I would order a milkshake and ask for the whipped cream on the side for my dog to enjoy. They took the order and when I got to the pickup window, they absolutely refused to do this. I bought my kids two frozen sunrise drinks. They would not refill them, which I understand, but even after buying such a pricey drink they would not give me a refill of tea instead. Even the person with the "team leader" badge could not understand what a stupid policy this is. I had a tea, which I could easily have poured in their cups and got a refill of my tea no problem, but I'm honest so I just left with two thirsty kids instead. We won't ever be back. They also spent the entire time we were eating loudly moving chairs in the lobby (looks like they wanted to mop) but they should do this after customers leave. We couldn't even talk over the noise. Before the remodel, this Chick-fil-A was always one of my favorite (and closest) locations. I stopped by today and ordered only a peach milkshake. The drive through staff were some of the least friendly Chick-fil-A workers I have ever encountered. From cursing to one another while walking out of the new pickup "window" to very rudely ordering us to pull up to the car in front of us to the same worker not having anything to say other than "here's your drink" and immediately walking away. The friendly staff is usually the thing that sets Chick-fil-A apart from all other fast food restaurants. Until this staff can return to their friendly selves, I will make it a point to not come back to this location and will drive to a location that is farther away. Very disappointing. read more

Not only is the food superb; but, so are the employees. They are so helpful and can't seem to do enough for their customers. I am very thankful and highly appreciative of the military active duty and veterans discount on the prices from their menu items. Not all Chick-Fil-A restaurants offer this discount. It is on a location by location basis. A quick note to the management and franchise owner of this location... I want to offer a huge thank you for your recognition of all active duty and military veterans. Not many places recognize the service and/or sacrifices our military and veterans make. Well to say I'm disappointed is the least I want to say about this restaurant! First things first is the dizzying mix of cones and post to prevent you from parking in their lot is confusing at best. Second is the outside order takers show a small menu that I could not read and had to ask for them to hold closer. The little girl holding it was very polite and did her job great. I order a grilled chicken sandwich wit mayo pickle and lettuce what I got was a cold breast patty with lettuce Pale tasteless hothouse tomato with nothing else this chicken patty had been cooked way earlier and was actually cold. I pulled back around to request some mayo or mustard only to be told I could not come in the dinning room. I made it obvious I was angry about the food I got. He went and got the the mustard and came back handed them to me and turned and closed the door. No we're sorry your food wasn't correct or anything. I only wrote this because with all of the crap about Covid 19. That was way more important than serving food that is the correct temp to prevent food poisoning. This sandwich is around $6.00 at those prices you would think it would be hot. Don't eat here! read more
