I told her I don't come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. Someone was parking in the drive thru to give the appearance that with all the lights off, it was closed and to prevent people from pulling up and ordering. We checked the closing time. The app said 10pm. We pulled into a stall and ordered. Again with all the awning lights off, we ordered 3 orders of mozzarella sticks and a large order of onion rings. When I got the order of a LARGE onion rings, the bag wasn't even filled all the way. You pay $3.29 for large onion rings, you expect the bag to be filled all the way. Oh yes, the guy in the drive thru that would not move, he finally left after a total of 30 minutes and now it was 30 minutes to closing. Again, from the lights off 1 hours prior to closing, drive thru intentionally being blocked by someone, and then our order literally being shortchanged, the place is terrible.
