I wrote a review of this place back in April of 2021. Things have not improved, but what happened tonight was an utter disgrace. It was just before 9pm. The closing time is 10pm. All the lights outside under the awnings were turned off. However, the sign on the front building on top in neon said "Open". The intent was clear. 1 hour till closing time and turning off the lights was to discourage people from coming, thinking it closed. In fact, we watched several vehicles pull in, and then drive right out, because they thought it closed, and why wouldn't they? We pulled into the drive thru - all lights on the menu, sign said broken and to pull forward to order. There was one car at the window, and we sat behind him for nearly 10 minutes. At no time did I see any food, or any activity at the drive thru window. Again it was clear. Someone was parking in the drive thru to give the appearance that with all the lights off, it was closed and to prevent people from pulling up and ordering. We checked the closing time. The app said 10pm. We pulled into a stall and ordered. Again with all the awning lights off, we ordered 3 orders of mozzarella sticks and a large order of onion rings. When I got the order of a LARGE onion rings, the bag wasn't even filled all the way. You pay $3.29 for large onion rings, you expect the bag to be filled all the way. Oh yes, the guy in the drive thru that would not move, he finally left after a total of 30 minutes and now it was 30 minutes to closing. Again, from the lights off 1 hours prior to closing, drive thru intentionally being blocked by someone, and then our order literally being shortchanged, the place is terrible. Must be the most poorly managed Sonic in the franchise, although I am sure there is competition. The fact that they do not fix the outdoor speaker system has no doubt cost them many dollars. They are always understaffed, which is a universal problem, so I cannot fault the staff. Sonic Corporate should have a look at this property. read more

First, our carhop was awesome and very sweet. My sister and I both ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and they were completely raw all the way through. I honestly probably wouldn't even be leaving this review had the manager at least come out and apologized. But he just left our poor carhop to take care of everything. read more

Pulled in at 9:40 and they don't close till 10:00! They shut the lights off after we pressed the button to order and just ignored us till we just drove off! Never go here! read more

Horrible customer service. My order was incorrect, so when I asked for a simple replacement, I was charged full price even though I gave them the incorrect order back. By the way, the original order cost more than the replacement order so technically they owe me a refund. I refuse to be yelled at or argue with anyone over fast food. After all of that, the food didn't taste fresh and my slush was watered down. Please do better. read more

I called to place my call in order & the little girl was extremely RUDE & said you know what we don't do call ins at this location then hung up in my face. I've worked at this sonic THREE times & never have we stopped doing call in orders nor was it okay to cut a customer off & be that rude. The place is already disgusting & not together but having rude employees? won't be coming back this place is pitiful. read more

Simply put and in my opinion, every time I have been to sonic here, something was always below my satisfaction level, meaning food wasn't very warm, the wiener had been left in their rotisery way too long,lettuce wasn't fresh ,.ECT...ECT. I feel it to be in dire straights for improvements .. Sure, if you want a quick little meal and can look over smaller issues as such....well..welcome to sonic. read more
