Super clean and classic Indianola hot~air baloon decor; is a little over the top but done tastefully haha. The real reason is for the workers, making it happen to let me stare at the boards for awhile to make sure I'm getting the perfect amount of meat to curly~fry ratio...I even fessed up to not walking in to order for a while, or in the case of this location; never. GOT it figured out and I'm on my way with fabulously hot bunned sandwich goodness, large curly fries, and a handful of Arby's and Horsey sauce, food was great when I got it home and I did ring the bell for great service on the way out of the door!!

That should have been told to us when they originally told us the price. They then tried to hand me a caramel sundae when we actually ordered a medium caramel malt. The kid at the window looked at the screen and said the screen said the sundae. I said again that was not what I ordered. He closed the window & stood in front of it with his back to us but obviously he was saying something because the other 3 employees that were standing there were all looking at me. Someone else made the malt, he hastily haded it to me saying "and you have a wonderful & blessed day" slamming the window shut. Worse part is, we also watched them get the order wrong in the car in front of us. We go there at least once a week but have decided it isn't worth the headache and will not be back. This took place on 5/15/26 @ about 7:00pm.
