First timers here! Egg rolls were piping hot & AMAZING & so was the sauce that came with it. Pretty sure it's a sweet chili sauce. Customer service was great. Friendly staff. The hot Cheeto mozzarella corn dog was sooo good! So much flavor & a cheese pull! Both milk teas were delicious! Crème brûlée one doesn't have boba. My wife and I both enjoy Banh Mi sandwiches and not only did this place do them extremely well, but they also performed highly in another area that I love - desserts! The only reason I didn't give a full 5* is that you order at the counter, so I took a Star off of the Service and they add a credit card service fee on to the bill, so I took a Star off of the Value. I was on my way to Sam's Club for fuel, hadn't eaten dinner yet and noticed that Paris Banh Mi was still open as I drove by ... how could I resist? Not only was the exterior much more impressive than I expected, but I was totally blown away with the clean, modern, spacious and well-lit interior! An extended table full of take-home goodies (see picture) greets you just inside the door and the serving counter has a large built-in dessert cooler stocked with several of my favorites (see picture). Dinesh at the counter was friendly and helpful, suggesting the B2. Grilled Pork Banh Mi Thit Nurong sandwich (see picture) as one of their menu favorites. I've been to Paris, France several times and really enjoy their baguettes (bread) - and this light, yet firm bread really did remind me of the great sandwiches I've enjoyed there. Along with the tasty bread, the ingredients were all so moist, crispy and fresh - with that distinct flavor of cilantro that I love! As my comments might indicate, I wasn't able to leave without at least sampling one of their desserts - the Tiramisu (see picture). Somehow I found the will power to get it home to share with my wife without eating any on the way - and the picture doesn't do it justice. This was some really good Tiramisu - light, creamy and delicious and matching some of the best I've had in high end Italian restaurants! While it's hard to top the great bread and fresh sandwich ingredients, you won't want to leave without trying at least one of their desserts! We finally got a legit Banh Mi spot in town. Only took like... my whole lifetime. Paris Banh Mi - Windsor Heights, IA is legit and authentic but it's not worth the one whole hour wait for five sandwiches and four Pate Chauds. Twenty minutes, maybe But hey, it's their first day, so I gotta give them grace. They actually forgot our Pate Chauds, but we went back to get them and they actually added two more in for us. That was definitely nice of them. *I actually like their baguettes. It's crispy, crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside how baguettes are supposed to be. This is legit Banh Mi bread to me, unlike the Sams club bread a lot of these restaurants here use to make their Banh Mi. Banh Mi Dac Biet- $8.50/sandwich this was good. What you would expect from a Dac Biet Banh mi. The baguette was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would get again. Banh Mi Vegetarian- $8.00/sandwich loved this sandwich. It's a Lemomgrass Tofu, which is how Hubby likes it. We definitely both ate half of our sandwiches and were already full. I got the Banh Mi Shredded Ga (Chicken) but have yet to try it. As pictured, they don't skimp on the Do Chua (pickled veggies) so that's a plus. The Paris By Night Boba was just okay to me. I prefer our other Boba shops for my Boba fix. Lychee Strawberry Tea was super sweet. Would definitely get it again with 50% less sugar if I can. Their ice coffee and sea salt ice coffee is delicious! Get it! The Pate Chaud was flakey and decent. Not my fave but like I said, first day. Will definitely try again. Having to wait an hour is a little too much to have to wait again just for Banh Mis but will definitely go back when it dies down more. All-in-all, I'm happy they're open and looking forward to being a frequent diner here. read more

Baguette Beef & Sausage: it's a sizzling platter, but you eat it with your baguette and sides. My dad absolutely loved this dish. Pho Special: brisket, meatballs, and rare beef. My only complaint would be that the beef was more done than I would personally prefer, but not the end of the world. Soup had amazing flavor, and it was definitely worth it! Chicken Pho: my grandma likes seafood pho, which they do not have. I got her the chicken, she was pleasantly surprised by the dish. She said everything had great flavor. But she didn't really eat too much of it because she completely swiped my dad's grilled pork banh mi (which came out first) and LOVED IT. Grilled Pork Banh Mi: it's just... SO GOOD. I have had so many different varieties of this sandwich, there's something incredibly tasty about theirs. All the flavors piece together so well, not too much or not enough of anything. Yes, it's "just a sandwich" but it's delish. It would've been better if I had actually gotten more than one bite, but my grandma wrapped the rest up and decided she was taking it home for her dinner. Legit banh mi!! One of the best in town. It is a franchise, but there are Vietnamese workers here. The banh mi's are a little pricer ($9/10 per sandwich) but it's worth the splurge if you're in the mood. The bo ne is also really really good - expensive, but really good. Highly recommend coming by!! They've been open for awhile now, so I never have an issue with the wait as their service is pretty fast. read more

It was hopping. I thought since it was tucked away in an inconvenient spot it wouldn't be busy but I am not the only one who found it... the menu is large. An advertisement popped up for this place this morning, so we had to try it. My wife had the Grilled Pork, I had the Special Combination. She had Lemonade, I had a Strawberry Milk Slush. We also had a Bun N Roll. The thing is, they look like ordinary subs. And then you get a bite of the bread. I have not had a baguette this good in years. Crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. It was amazing. And then you get a taste of the rest. The veggies are crisp and have some sort of light pickling to them. There is a little touch of jalapeno so you get a bit of heat every so often. I normally hate cilantro, but it really added to the layers of flavor that you get from one of these sandwiches. The Grilled Pork had a wonderful strong flavor. The meat on my sandwich was more subtle, although every so often the pate would say "I'm here!" The Bun N Roll had a lovely flaky crust, and the meat was so tasty. I'm glad I tried it. Her lemonade was a little on the sweet side. She tends to like it a little more tart, but still thought it was very good. My Strawberry Milk Slush was thick and tasty and very filling. Part milk shake part slushie. Anyone who reads my reviews knows that we are always looking for new flavors. I'm so glad we were able to have these. Also, it's a chain. And it looks like a chain. The service was fine you go up and order then they bring it out the also serve boba drinks and Korean hot dogs. We only got the banh mi special, grilled pork and bbq pork with pâté. They were on baguettes firm but chewy not much meat they were priced higher than Vegas prices and don't taste as good. I love this place! My husband and I waited months for this place to open so we were excited that it finally was. We stopped in for dinner tonight. The place was packed and it was all Asians so that was a good sign. I was worried that since this is a chain the food might not be authentic. But if Asians like it, it must be good. And it was. I got the B2 sandwich with grilled pork and my husband got the B7 sandwich with pâté and barbecue pork. I was too chicken to try the pâté. We both loved our sandwiches. They were SO good! The bread was the perfect amount of crispy and crunchy without being overly so. I loved the pickled carrots and radish, cilantro and jalapeños. The sauce was excellent, too. The sandwich was a good size at 10" long! I know because I measured it. It was $8 for a sandwich. That's more than what most places in town are charging for a Banh mi, but I felt like it was worth it because the sandwich was a good size. I like that they have sandwiches on croissants and round buns, too. Something for everyone. I was really impressed with how the place looked. It was very modern and clean. The menu was easy to read on the wall. They had some prepackaged Vietnamese snacks along one wall. The place is so different and unique. I especially love that they have flavored teas, milk teas and slushies. They seemed a little bit on the pricey side, though. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the line to order food took a really long time and it wasn't even that long. I know they are new and probably still figuring things out, but they need a better system to get the line moving faster. Been kind of wanting to check this place out.... Haven't heard a ton about it. I looked up their online presence first and it appears to be a franchise with locations from NJ to CA and from MI to FL. The online menu showcases their drinks, sandwiches, "burgers", plates, and Korean corn dogs, but not their desserts. That's a shame too because their desserts look fantastic. My guess is the cakes and desserts may vary daily and it might not be feasible to put them online...? Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot. As I walked in the place immediately gives off a relaxing vibe. Nice layout. Small circular tables with cushioned chairs. Subdued lighting (brighter up towards the front counter). Well lit easy to read menu boards. Soft instrumental music playing. I ordered the special combination banh mi and the grilled pork banh mi sandwiches to go. The wait wasn't long. The total was $17 and change before tip. Service was good. Here's where it gets mixed up for me. Just like a lot of other places the pictures on the site are embellished compared to what you get. And I ordered the banh mi sandwiches because the name of the place is Paris Banh Mi... The banh mi should be the flagship right? I found them both to be meh. They lacked flavor (both of them). I got the bread, jalapeño, and sour vegetables more than anything. I regretted not just ordering boba and dessert and skipping the sandwiches. To each our own, but for banh mi I'd go the traditional route with Brenda at Vietnam Cafe in Merle Hay Mall next time. And with Ocha being pretty much across the street I feel like I'd be cheating on a significant other not spending my money on the tea I've come to love there (Hokkaido at 50% sugar less ice with coffee jelly) from Aom. If you love the relaxing coffee shop vibe this place has all the appeal in the world and if they have open wifi it would easily be my pick over a Starbucks any day. I do want to go back and try some of the desserts, but with all honesty if I want a really good pork sandwich... Ordered the baguette with chicken and char siu and the croissant ver with pork . We liked all of them. We split the baguettes because they are huge and we both felt like the meat was plentiful. I like Paris Banh mì. But, I don't think it's fair to automatically charge a credit card "price" for the items without telling your customers. We were there a week ago, noticed it in our first purchase. While we were waiting, we decided to purchase pate chaud since the wait was awhile (not a big deal), the gentlemen rang it up and before we paid we asked "What is the cash price?". I'm not a fan of places not telling their customers. Please consider informing your customers that you're forcing them to front your credit card fees even though it should already be included in the cost of your food item. read more

Went to check out their soft opening today and it was busy! They didn't have any of the Sizzling, Skillet, or Korean corn dog options but we did try the banh mi (special combo and grilled pork). They were good but the wait was long as expected as it was their first day. Banh mi sandwiches were good. We will definitely be back to try other stuff. Also had the Paris By Night, Strawberry Milk Shake, and Thai tea. They were on the sweet side for me but my daughter enjoyed it hers. The baguette was ok for me. Stopped by here after my pedicure next door and overhearing that the B2 is the San which to get. It was- B2 is the Grilled Pork Sandwich which consists of daikon carrot mix, cucumber, cilantro and Jalapeños. Located in a strip on University Avenue in Windsor Heights, BPM is nicely decorated with tables and a counter that looks out on the street. Service was friendly and you order from an above menu and are given a number. My order took less than 5 minutes. My combination sandwich B1 was effectively a "sub" with multiple meats. Pleasantly surprised was the freshness of the various vegetables and an interesting sauce/spread. The bread was particularly good and crunchy. Overall at around $9, the sandwich was very good. When no one will wait, talk or pay attention, I am pretty sure one of two things, either this place wants a certain customer or they are not serious about having a steady business. I looked at their pastries, they looked like they were made somewhere else and put out. all filled with a cream filling of sorts. Their pate which I saw, was some sort of grey to brown paste, which again they would not tell me what is in it..
