Her granddaughter greeted us and told us the restaurant is a "mom and pop" place so we could place our order at the register with her granny, fjnd a seat where we liked and then she would bring us the food out. She was so sweet!! We got the chicken sandwich and Italian sub combo... the prices are amazing!! Our total was under $17! The food was made fresh, came out quickly and was VERY tasty!! There are many options on the menu and some yummy looking desert in the front cooler. The restaurant is super cute, restrooms were clean and everyone was very friendly! He took my phone and said you need to add your payment info and it would give him a bar code that he would scan. I did as he instructed and it charged me for both sandwiches never showing a barcode I then asked for my money back and was told he couldn't do that, but I could still use the coupon again for two more days. I said this isn't right and he began to blame me for saying it was my fault because I already punched the order I which I initially showed him my phone and told him that. The steak and gravy, was a bit too salty. The wings were very under seasoned, dry and overcooked. There was no paper towels in the restrooms. No hand sanitizer either. The floors were not very clean. The bright light was our waitress! She was moving quickly to all her tables. She was friendly and kindly. This is a first review of this restaurant.
