Some are as simple as can be with authentic menu's and no effort to be fancy or touristy. Speedy is somewhere in-between. Some of the menu is typical of many American-Mex chains only better prepared. Then again some menu items are normally only found at authentic Tex-Mex, roadside and Southwestern style Mexican based in real family recipes and flavors you'd find south of the boarder.
