My favorite thing about Chick-fil-A is the service ! It's always a pleasure to be around such heart warming individuals asking if you're doing well or if you need something! Sandwiches and fries are good too. Just wish they would not use canola oil, but it's fast food. Ambiance is always great too, because they run a tight ship and the place is always clean. They always have someone cleaning and attending to the tables. Thank you ! One little thing ... My change was 39.50. I gave her 50 cents so I can get $40 back and no change. She had to ask manager if it would not mess up the drawer ?!!! If one can't do simple math without a computer maybe one should not be handling money... Boggles my mind as a parent and as an educator. Some of us do make sure students can read, add, subtract, multiply and divide for that matter. When I was hired for a cashier at a very highly busy venue, I had to take a math test and if I couldn't do basic math, I would not have been hired. I think we need to go back to that. If you're going to handle cash, you need to be able to add and subtract basic amounts. What is this world coming to when young people can't do math ??? Sorry not sorry. The other day the same thing happened at a different business... so this is not the only place that has workers who can't add or subtract mentally without being dumbfounded... Parents need to be aware that their children are not learning the basics in school. Ok.. I know Chick-fil-A doesn't even need my review bc they are def holding their own. It's obviously great! Their customer service is well known for being THE BEST. The establishments are so clean and welcoming inside. They have their insanely busy drive-thru situation down to a fine science. I just want to add.. Truly, the chicken here is so good.. that I think the only reasonable explanation is: They must be playing lullabies to the baby chicken eggs before their even hatched. Then teaching mindfulness and probably delicious meditation rituals to the growing chickens. Then finally lulling all the happy chickens to sleep while playing Sarah McLachlan's in the arms of an angel song before Michael, the Archangel himself, swiftly and painlessly helps them "pass away" so they can be enjoyed by all of us earthly peasants. They had 5 lines going just a few months ago when the restaurant was close to eat in, but we only waited to get food for 10 minutes--never any longer. They are fast. Super delicious and super efficient! We came for a late lunch and even though the parking lot was full and the drive-through was packed we still received our food hot and fresh in minutes. Try the deluxe sandwich. It is topped with a nice, thick, fried chicken breast along with tomato, American cheese, green leaf lettuce and pickles. I always order in the app. There's an intricate system to move you through the pickup lanes, and you get your food at the end. The staff is all young adults, and they are working hard. Seeing their cheerfulness is uplifting. The chicken strips are good, and I also like the waffle fries, mac and cheese, and fruit cup. I love the lemonade. One time I didn't receive my fruit cup. They have this drink, sunjoy, and it is very good. I'll be honest.. I was very skeptical on it tasting good because it's lemonade and sweet tea, but it it wonderful :) I love coming here, and my favorite meal is the nuggets with fries and their special Chick Fil A sauce definitely! We went drive-thru and got dinner for four on the way home. They were very pleasant and the food was great. I want to take a minute to remark on the drive-thru. This Chick-fli-A has the fastest drive-thru of any drive-thru I have ever been in. At this location they have two lanes in which you may order your food and they come together to form one line. When I placed my order, there was no one directly in from of me, however, when I pulled into one line there was five cars in front of me. From the time we ordered our food to the time we received our food was less than 6 mins. read more

There was a Chick-fil-A on 6th Avenue that was given a "C" (with A being the best) rating for cleanliness. It was a travesty, as it was much cleaner than the A rated joints I would eat at in Harlem (they were NOT "A" grade restaurants, trust me!). I truly believe the liberal weirdos in NYC were just hassling Chick-fil-A because of their owners' Christian values. True story. My GLUTEN FREE hubby was pleased to see they now have GFree buns. We know the fries and grilled chicken are safe for him, but was excited for the sandwich option. He said it was dry (typical GFree bread), but the tomato helped. As always, it was their pleasure to serve us . Really nice people who accommodated our many needs. Don't eat here. They took my review down. They messed up my order wouldn't refund my money and wouldn't apologize. They called me a liar. I will never go Please don't go here. I ordered online and called the next day to confirm the order for the following days meeting The order was confirmed so good. I arrived there the next day and was told they have no order I would have to leave. I explained the above and told Karen MANAGER I had already paid for it. She said I have no record of your order and I could pay again but she didn't give food away for free. She told me this many times as I explained I couldn't leave without my order or my money. She kept insisting I leave. I told her to get the owner out of bed for we had a problem. I wouldn't unblock her drive thru till she did. I forced her to do that.
