We got our milkshakes about 20 minutes after sitting down and I got the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was basically just vanilla. There was no pieces of anything in it and they gave it to us in to go cups even though we were dining in. Then we got our food about 45 minutes after that and they just called our number over the speaker and we did not get our cheese for our fries we paid for but the food was alright and they don't put seasoning for the fries on the table anymore. I went up asked for some seasoning and they said you have to pay $3 for it. All around I was not pleased. I don't know if they don't wanna pay for servers or just can't get good servers in but their new system seemed lazy, unhelpful and cheap. You have to order on your own, pick up your food at the front, refill your own drink and throw away your trash. It's like a cafeteria.

Some locations have poor staffing and it results in a bad experience, some days the steak might be too gristly or the rice too salty, and going in during the last hour of them being open almost guarantees a drop in quality and freshness I've been going to this location for a couple of weeks now, almost always right before closing time. And every time, the staff is friendly, the food is good, and they're pretty quick about it too But last night in particular was basically perfect. I've had more Chipotle burritos than I can count, and the one that was made for me last night was just perfect. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the burrito was rolled super tight, and the rice had the perfect amount of moisture. And note, this is all 5 minutes before locking up the store! The crew seems to have a real fun time working with each other and it gives a pleasant aura. Hell, even the grill looked clean as a whistle. All I have to say is; keep it up guys. They all seemed to be working hard, but no leadership or jumping in from Carmen. As a VP of Retail operations myself, I went up and complimented the remaining staff while Carmen was in the bathroom for an extended period of time. We were there and decided to eat there. Tables had been wiped down but you could tell by a dirty wet rag, trash over flowing, drink dispensers trashed. At check out ( which was done by Carmen after she had to be called up, she said sorry we don't have any trays, so she put our separate containers (queso etc, ) that was just sitting on the disgusting counter, on top of our exposed food. I immediately took them off and said we got it. We have been to this facility 30 times or more. Never has it been like this.. I hope the owners see this and address it. We were there on 7/19 at around 3:40pm The floors, tables, benches, bathrooms, checkout area... all needed immediate attention.
