Terrible service. I ordered a roll, clearly stated it was for takeout, and then ordered a second roll to eat in the restaurant (I told the server I was staying and the takeout was for my dad). I waited 30 minutes--nothing came. Turns out, the roll I was supposed to eat there was in the sealed takeout bag. On top of that, they gave me the wrong roll--ordered a Royal Ginger with modifications and got a Wild Ginger instead, which doesn't even have the same ingredients. When I brought it up, the server called his wife and tried to hand me the phone to talk to her...? He refused to remake the roll and made me feel like I was the problem for not knowing it was in the takeout bag. If you want the wrong food, zero accountability, and an awkward call with someone's spouse, this is your spot. I won't be back.

This is not good start no food been here 30 min did get cold boring shrimp tempura 20 minutes ago

Printer problem sushi guy didn't even know we ordered been here too long but drove a long way with my 80 year old mother this better be great service what service... I will have to say the owner/partner came to the table apologized and took responsibility for the unusual situation of our lunch. Will rethink maybe giving the restaurant another chance thank you TJ.

Average at best. Service was terrific. The furniture was a little dated. It wasn't very memorable.

Tasty food and good service. The restaurant is spacious and well decorated. Plenty of usual options for Asian food but there are some items I found unique to this place. Price for some items seems about normal for what's average and others a bit more. All in all, this is a great "sit down" Chinese spot as opposed to a take out or buffet and will be worth a stop in. They have sushi options and a bar!

We stopped into Wild Ginger after getting my COVID vaccine at the mall. The restaurant has all of the Asian feels and super cute decor. My daughter and I started off with some edamame. I then ordered the pick three lunch special (Christmas Tree roll, Crunchy Spicy Tuna, and Shrimp Tempura). The pick three lunch special also comes with a soup or salad. I picked the hot and sour soup. Everything came out quickly. The hot and sour soup was super yum! The broth was nice and thick and the soup was full of mushrooms and tofu. The only roll that I was not a fan of was the Christmas Tree roll. It was not what I had expected. Our server was pretty friendly. We will definitely be back again when we are on that side of town!

I have lived in the area my whole life and decided to try wild gingers for the first time last year because previously I didn't know if I would like sushi or what they had and I'm so glad I went and tried it. I love it now, they have such fresh fish and a lot of other great options. I got the sushi dinner the last time I went and it includes a cup of soup or a salad, 12 pieces of chefs choice sushi and an egg roll for only $22, it will feed 2-3 people. It is a very calm atmosphere if you're looking to go out for nice calm dinner. There was no wait to sit down and we were greeted by our server immediately. Sushi lovers it's worth the stop and for anyone wondering if they would like sushi I recommend trying it here!

Let's start from the beginning. After traveling for 10 hrs it was time to check Yelp for a dinner recommendation in Lancaster OH. As my friend love Asian it was an easy choice to come to Wild Ginger Asian. We were greeted upon arriving and seated promptly, that is were the good times ended. We were seated at a table next to a window and immediately noticed the filth on the blinds, and the general unkept appearance of the dining area. Our waitress approached in a very business like manner as if she were in a big hurry, did not greet us and we placed our order. We ordered Vietnamese spring rolls, that arrived the smallest I have ever seen with almost no vegetables and had been sitting out waiting to be ordered. Next we ordered per the menu a Spring mix salad with avocado for $7 and what we were served was a teacup amount of iceberg lettuce with two spinach leaves and a sliced half of one small avocado. The sad part of this review is this was the only edible part of our meal. We then ordered Hot and Sour soup and Wonton soup, the Hot and sour was a greasy beef broth mess and the Wonton soup was a thick , pungent off putting broth with unidentifiable wrapped noodles alleged to be wontons, the menu indicated bok choy, which was omitted. The soups were removed from the table promptly by the server and not one word from her as to why it was not consumed, she apparently could care less why we did not eat it. The final insult was the entree Sesame Chicken and a bowl of cold white rice $14. The batter fried balls of white meat chicken was dry and tasteless, mostly batter and most likely fried, frozen and reheated. The sauce was sweet and tasted like nothing to do with Sesame chicken, 5 raw green beans were added to the dish. The lack of care and respect served to the customer was evident and we dined at 6:45pm. The server noticing that the food with the exception of the salad was uneaten promptly began to remove the plates with Zero concern why nothing was consumed. We eat Asian cuisine frequently all over the US and this was the worst. I am too busy to write such a long post, however we felt that it was necessary to let the public know that this cannot be tolerated. I asked the server if she was the owner as she was directing staff and shouting orders, as well as cashiering. She replied No and told us our bill was $41.10, which we paid and left as hungry as we came. This is a Zero star post, even the restroom was filthy.

    Sushi rolls. Pretty good.

Interesting older building that could have been a cool funky Italian joint back in the 70's, but anyways on to the current occupants. Standard sushi offerings with the "fusion" type rolls added in for flair and good amount of entrees to choice from. Decent quality fish in the rolls and firm and plump shrimp in the noodle dish with good overall flavor. Service was nice and casual in a sparely filled dining room. I could see this place getting a little rowdy in a good way if things were back to normal.

We love the eggplant-tofu dish and green tea. The ambience is modest but a great regional option for really good Asian food.

Went there for lunch, friend recommended…read more I went there once before, it said open at 11am, and...is not So this is the second time, giving them a second chance. First of all, if you never been here before, you just going to keep on driving, even tho is located in a plaza , big parking lot, but if you look at all businesses in the plaza, all are signs "open", welcoming, here? Is all super dark, windows are all cover, more like a sign saying "go away" we closed When I walked in, I just stood there, no one greeted me, no host by the front. One of the server saw me and told me to take a seat anywhere. I'm only there for lunch, so I look at the lunch menu. Now here is the thing. I believe every restaurant should only serve one type of food, meaning if you want to serve Chinese food, Chinese food only, if you want to serve Steak, Steak and Lobster only, don't do Thai and so Italian or Vietnamese and Gyro, this place is Chinese and...Thai, and they got a Mexican serving me, okay, is like so what are you? Friend of mine told me they also serve Vietnamese coffee, I asked, he said only Thai coffee, okay, no big deal. Ordered a drink, asked for a a straw, nope, don't have it, asked me if I want a to go cup, a restaurant don't have straw? Thats your only one job, order everything you need for the "restaurant". To me, that's a very poor management, because when you owing a business, you do not and never wait until everything is out to reorder, when ever your products are running low, not out, you reorder Poor experience

Quick facts: Solo visit Beef Drunken Noodle Combo: $13.95 Easy parking Conversation-friendly Service: A+ I told my server, Rasamy, it was my first visit and welcomed suggestions. She immediately pointed out that some appetizer prices had recently increased and weren't yet reflected on the menu. Nobody likes surprise math at the end of a meal, and I appreciated the heads-up. What stood out most was how she separated customer favorites from what she personally enjoys and explained why. Nothing felt rehearsed. She steered me toward the Beef Drunken Noodles, and I'm glad she did. The noodles had a great texture, the vegetables weren't overcooked, and the spice level kept things interesting without taking over. I didn't order the Garlic Pepper Calamari this time, but after hearing how it's prepared, it's firmly on my list for next time. I'm glad I almost didn't go.

I Love authentic cuisine, and this Thai & Vietnamese cuisine is just that. I haven't got a chance to sit down and eat here yet, but I've ordered takeout twice in one week and both times it guninely felt other patrons were not only enjoying their meals, but the atmosphere as well! Very much "home cooked meals vibes inside which feels great! the Thai soup is a go to for me, but the curry's and pho are always great options, especially when you want something filling! I loved the Thai spring rolls as well. I'm looking forward to dining in next time! (Will update review ha )

Inside has plenty of seating. Tables and chairs. I ordered a rare steak and meatball phó, and chicken satay. I got an order of beef larb, and papaya salad to go. The phó was decent. The satay was great. With those dishes I was thinking this will be my new go to. The service was only ok for me. Back at the house I ate the larb. It was too thick. I didn't order a tiger cry dish. Larb is finely minced beef, pork, or chicken. This was not that. Not a fan. The papaya salad was the same way cut too thick. I wanted to try some more authentic Thai dishes. Unfortunately those were a let down for me. I give this place 3.5 stars. Rounded up to four.
