I been in and out of you doorways and drive ins more than your employees. The black male manager on duty this Sunday March 29, 2026 around 10 O'clock p.m. is familiar with my vehicle being a regular customer. I order the hot pepper sauce for my grandaughter at all McDonald's McDonald locations and he the only manager that charges me .30 for the pepper sauce that goes on the spicy chicken sandwich. I dont mind paying it...instead tonight March 28th...he made me wait, held up the drive in line for 10 minutes until he could go in the safe to change a $20 dollar bill just to charge me ,30 for the requested pepper sauce. He crazy and selfish all that trouble to make sure he charges me..when other locations do not. Best to give it to me to keep from holding up his drive in. McDonald's customers are truly not appreciated with this type service and most times I am there 3 or 4 times per day for those grandchildren. And he could not give me a little pepper sauce. Very insulting and unappreciative as an extreme loyal customer for over the past thirty years if not more. Someone needs to address this and recognize to appreciate loyal customers who pay their salaries. 67 years old do not understand this type ungrateful service.​
