I have noticed the food is a lot different if you come when the school kids are working. This is the second salad I've gotten this week that looked pitiful. At least my chicken was warm on the other one I ordered. This one was not. The toppings are scarce also. I said in a previous review I was going to stop getting these salads. I started making mine but occasionally wanted a break from making so I would fix them off the bar at Ole Times. But because I was redeeming a reward I figured I could get here sometimes. I was right in some instances (daytime) and MANY instances not (evening/night). This is my LAST salad purchase at Chic Fila. Top-notch, well-run Chick-fil-A operation. I stopped by just before 2pm on a Monday. I went through the drive-thru and purchased only a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The young lady who took my payment was simply wonderful. The rest of the drive-thru team hustled me through very quickly. And my sandwich was awesome. It was fresh, juicy, and tasty. One of the best that I've ever had. This Chick-fil-A outlet is in stark contrast to the one in Tifton. Earlier the same day, I had a horrible experience at the Tifton store. All Chik Fil As are 9 times out of 10 the same across the board. Well, I had the smallest chicken nuggets a person could ask for. Not only were they tiny, but they were dried out like lips in the winter time without chapstick. My fries were lukewarm. Today is Veteran's Day and my wife and I came to this location believing that as advertised Chick Fil a was serving a free meal to veterans. But, we were informed that this was not the case at this store or the drive thru store in Bloomfield Rd. I believe that it would have been better for Chick-fil-A not to offer anything than to offer something and not follow thru. Worst experience ever and I will never visit this location again. As I sat in my car in line awaiting the car ahead of me to clear so that I would not block the persons leaving after picking up their order. There was no one out there to direct the traffic as it normally is. I know this to be a fact because I visit this location about 3-4 times a week. A irrational driver behind me drove around me ( yelling a racial slur out his window) when it was my turn to go up around the corner right in front of workers standing on the side of the building. While they all said they noticed what he had done they did nothing to show him or me that wasn't acceptable. His order was taken before mine and he was given his order and left before me. I by no mean expect Chick-fil-A employees to reprimand this driver but what would have been nice would have been if he would have been asked to drive to the side and wait for his food. But I guess it only matters to me that that was wrong. I try to follow the rules that are in front of me but I guess that is only me. Anyway I will not be visiting this location any more. read more

We love CFA. With family working throughout the company at some point. We stopped here on our way home from FL. Worst CFA we've ever been to. It was like stopping at McDonald's. For those that are used to the quality of CFA, you'll understand how the following things surprised us..... - out of sweet tea - No fruit cups - Syrup out on the coke machine - Offered no sauces - Trash cans were all full - Bathrooms were the dirtiest I've ever seen - Counter had cup stains - Employee drinks were sitting out - Employees with shirts out and sloppy - Employee didn't know how to ring up the reward for my app - Carpets were Unvacuumed - Lobby tables were dirty - lobby floor was filthy. Ketchup stains, etc. Might want to consider driving past this one. Maybe go on to Perry or the Northside of Macon. read more

Do have to note that while the Spicy chicken sammiches were plenty spicy -- an issue with some stores that seem to run mild -- the grilled chicken sammich tasted like it had sat a little too long. I stopped by for a shake today. The young lady at the drive through had her mask on, but her top lip was exposed. NONE of the employees including managers wear the mask over their noses. Once I pulled to the window I asked the young lady if she would kindly cover her mouth and nose. She seemed a bit shocked, but she complied. Please train your employees and managers to cover their noses and mouth when wearing masks especially at the drive through window. read more

Mobile order via app for pick-up around 6:45 this morning (Monday). Slowest Chick Fil A crew I've ever seen. All three ladies working were moving slowly, with no greetings or smiles for customers. The store was almost silent. There were just a few cars at the drive through and no one in line inside. I went to the order pick-up and no one acknowledged me. I spoke to one of the ladies to say I'd placed an online order. No smile, no acknowledgement. In a couple minutes, she packaged my order and gave it to me. No smile; no greeting. I did get a "my pleasure" (but no smile) when I said "thank you". On the plus side, my order was correct, hot and delicious. read more

Bus drivers beware .. I have driven over 2,000,000 miles and stopped at Chick-fil-A is from coast to coast as a bus driver they gave me a hard time when I brought a group by this morning and said I could only order two small items on the menu such as a Chick-fil-A nugget or a Chick-fil-A sandwich and on the way back this evening I ask for a Chick-fil-A combo with cheese and tomato and lettuce and he told me the driver's meal did not include lettuce or tomato because that was not included I brought the store over $500 worth of business today and they are going to be that cheap.. How many really for a piece of lettuce and tomato why do you even make a deal of it with the bus driver that's bringing you a load of passengers to enjoy your establishment every place that up and down the road gives drivers a 10 or $20 gift card just to bring passengers by but both managers earlier this morning and later this evening made a big deal of it I do not understand this practice literally over one or two dollars worth of food cost why do they make a big deal out of this bus drivers are creatures of habit they remember places that are not friendly and they do not return I wish the owner will take note and read this dammit give the people a meal especially the bus driver he's bringing you a load of people. For a chick-fil-A, I was surprised at how this location functioned. I was the only one in line and the cashier was too busy conversing with his associates to take my order for around two minutes. It seems petty to say such a thing but if are familiar with this franchise then you know it's very unusual for this to happen. When my order came it was skimpy, my large order of fries was half full and my chicken sandwich was also half of a piece of chicken. I was also given the wrong sauce that I asked for. When my kids went to okay in the play area, they came back and told me that they didn't want to play because there was food everywhere. When I went use use the restroom, there was urine everywhere, no joke it was all over the floor. Used paper towels piled all over the counter top. Gross I have never seen a chick-fil-A that disappointed until today. honestly it starts with management and there is an issue with this location. It may not having always been this way here, but today it was evident someone is not taking charge. Too bad because chick-Fil-A is awesome. I had a terribly unique experience today at this Chick Fil A. But not what one would think. I was transporting a chair in a box and the box did not smell great. In fact, my trip to this location took 2 hours. So I asked for help disposing of the box. The floor manager said no - I said oh well. From there I proceeded to leave. I was chased down like I was running away with my food without paying. I returned to the frantic accusation that I did it pa and upon returning my card was in the swipe machine. So the positive is that I got my card without driving the rest of my trip. Thank you for that. The bad news is that the store associate did not bother to look to see if if payment was present and she assumed I was trying to take without paying. Always assume a customer is doing the right thing. I will not be back to this location. Training is needed. read more

I am extremely disappointed in this "Chick-Fil-A" establishment. I sent my order in using the CFA app which I've never had any issues at any other CFA and the staff got my order wrong. I went through the drive through around 6pm and received my order. I was in somewhat of a rush and did not immediately check my order. When I got home roughly 10 minutes later I called to let them know my order was wrong. The manager at that time asked me to return but I had some important things I needed to take care of before I would be able to return so he offered to mail me coupons for the mess up. I agreed. I got done with my errands earlier than planned so I decided to go back by CFA and spoke with the manager on duty. He advised he could not give a refund due to I did not have the food. I explained to him it had been about 2 hours since I had been there so the food was thrown away and I was not Looking for a refund but rather a coupon or gift card that could still be used at CFA. He then refused to do anything about the mess up. At this time I decided to leave and not aggravate the situation any further because there was no type of resolution offered at all.
