I'm kind of tired going here, every single time I go and there's the older guy working, he makes his food with hate. It's obvious that he doesn't like people for some reason and doesn't like making food. I waste money when I order food from him because the end result isn't good at all. My husband paid $5 for double meat on his sandwich which he did not receive. When he picked up the sandwich he could tell it was light and he asked if they had put the double meat. Just got to the spot. Says it closes at 8:30. It is 8 PM, and I walk in to order a sandwich to go and all the guy could say is I'm sorry ma'am we're closed and I said but your sign and online says you close at 8:30, and all he said was I know we closed early. This is about the third bad experience I've had with this Subway. There's been a couple times that I get there and they don't have certain items that were on the menu. At the time I went in they were offering the three mini sandwiches. When I got there to place the order they had told me they ran out of bread for them. Another time I ordered online to be picked up at a certain time and when I got there the worker hadn't even started my order. He did apologize, but he still had to make my sandwich. I know, I know, if you are reading this you must be saying well then why do you keep going back? There's this younger guy with glasses who always skimps on meat and very unprofessional. Gives attitude from the start of sandwich making. Looks like he dreads being there at work. Terrible experience every time i have been here. I have only gone at the request of others or with groups because of how they treat customers and how badly they try to rip you off by skimping on the ingredients. Last time i went they had an option to have cheese baked onto the bread for an additional $1.50 so i opted for that and when i asked to have American cheese on my sandwich as well he told me it would be an additional 1.50 because theres already cheese on it. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. I have given this place chance after chance, and very reluctantly each time. Just thinking it just couldn't get worse and maybe on an off chance that they'll get it right this time, I made the mistake of returning on false hopes. This is the worst Subway i have ever visited. The Couple that own this location are both very rude and snotty. They recently had a Subway Special where EVERY Sandwich there was only $5.00 for a Foot-long. I bought 4 sandwiches and went home and looked at my receipt. I was charged $7.00 for 2 of the sandwiches...!! They didn't bother to tell me why it wasn't $5.00...!
