What an absolute Nightmare this place is! I placed an online order for a Ft long BLT at 12:00, I- received the confirmed email ready at 12:25, I went in at 12:20, 5 people in line and 3 workers making their Sandwiches so I hop in line, they get to me and tell them here for online, they look at the back counter with 3 online orders waiting and tell me it is not ready yet. Okay. He starts toasting my bread and more people come in, so I step outside to give them room. Come back in 3 minutes later thinking he is finishing up my sub. Other guy is ringing someone up, lady is prepping stuff in the back and the guy that was making my sandwich is making one for another women in line. The guy at register finishes with customer and I see a sub with online ticket on it so I am assuming this is mine as it is 12:40 now, I ask and he looks and says no, does not bother to look for were it is so I have to prompt him to look at other tickets and he says he does not have an order for me. So I step aside to ask the guy who started my sandwich and is still making one for another women, who is wondering why he is about to wrap her Italian sub with no meats on it! She is frustrated as she has also been waiting too long and politely tells them she is leaving she does not have any more time. I get his attention and he asks me what I ordered!!! WTH you were making it. They are now 5 more people in line and they are still taking orders and not making any of the online orders, the lady comes out and asks if she should make the BLT! Yes I tell he because I have already wasted my whole break and then some, as well as paid for it online. Sandwich finally comes it is 12:50 and I leave. I am usually a patient person but this was absolutely Ridiculous!! I could have made it faster and better myself if I had jumped behind the counter. I get being busy but, you need to know how to do your job and having 3 people on 1 person should have been doing just the online orders while the other 2 helped walk in orders. I will never go to a subway again. I should have asked for my money back, the sandwich was tiny and cold. Also no apologies from any of them for keeping me waiting, or for forgetting that you had been making order and forgot halfway thru and went on to another. Older woman working needs to slow down and take her time. Every single time I get a sandwich here it's sloppy and not edible.

I don't know why I continue to go to this location, but might be my last finally. I ordered two foot Kong's for the buy one get one deal on the app. Get there and the one guy working is busy putting things away, at 6:30? They close at 8... Anyways eating the second sub today for lunch and it's the same as the first one! Even though it's marked ham. He made two of the same subs when the order receipt clearly shows a BLT and a Ham and Cheese. Oh well still enjoyed it. They tend to lock the door before actually closing time because there's usually only one worker and they need to clean up and close and be off the clock before 8? The woman with glasses that was working when I came to pick up a delivery order was not helpful and extremely rude. The young boy who walked over to help me was very pleasant. I asked him if he knew who the delivery order was for because there was no name on the order and he kindly went into the bag to show me a receipt. I personally would not like it if people were sticking their hands in my food to figure out if it's theirs or not. The woman then proceeded to look at me and say " it's in the delivery section therefor it's the order" I will not be ordering from her myself after being talked to like I'm an idiot. read more

I went in Subway to eat before the Christmas parade tonight. You would think on this night they would have more than one worker knowing it would be busy as the parade starts from this plaza. The guy was all alone and they put an out of order sign up so nobody could use the bathroom . If the bathroom was really out of order they should have closed for the night . I got the most delicious salad today from Subway in Mashpee! My salad was sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and you get to choose all your vegetables just like you do when making a sub. The flavor was great with the same dressing as the chicken teriyaki sub I used to get, but without the bread. It was great, and the personnel were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location for salads in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a freshly made reasonably priced salad. read more

If you go here, make sure you watch them make your sandwich. I ordered online and asked for extra cheese, for which I paid extra, and got no cheese. The rotisserie chicken was also very skimpy on the sandwich covering only about 2/3 of the roll. read more

I have been to many Subways throughout the years and this one is the dirtiest one I have seen EVER. The floors were a mess, messy sandwich making counter and the eating tables were gross! This place in unsanitary (and overall it just feels rundown and dirty) and probably not up to health codes. I ordered a sub and I got home a found a long black hair in it! Gross!!! The staff is never friendly - can you at least say a hello and smile?!?! There are many other sandwich places nearby that are cleaner and friendlier. I hope the franchise owner sees this and makes changes ASAP. read more

Totally rude treats customers like they are bothering her. The lady in line in front of me ordering was so put off by her, she walked out. I should of done the same. Decided to pop in here on my way home. It was 700 pm not too late considering they're open until 900 pm. Told we have NO bread left only flat bread. I decided to give it a go anyways and get my sandwich on a flatbread. I looked over the oven was stuffed full of bread Cooking looked about half way baked he said there was like 20 mins to go or so. So that's leads me to believe they had the bread all along to restock the oven but decided to almost run out perhaps before loading it up avian for fresh bread with 2 hours to go. During my wait a few people popped in from hymn next store and left immediately when told no bread. One guy was very talkative and friendly the other taller bigger guy behind the Counter was very anti social not a peep out of him looked activated he had to work in general just slid the sandwich my way when done rang it up and said nothing. I asked for receipt which surprised him so I can go online and bitch about this to subway as well. Food was mediocre at best sucked on flat bread. This is almost the only Subway in the world that I will go to. Perfect service, fresh food, very clean, and they take most (if not all) coupons. I've been to a lot of other subways that were dirty or had poor service. This Subway should be a model for the rest of them! read more
