This is a great coffee shop located inside of Mashpee Commons. They have so much seating inside and parking outside. I ordered an iced caramel latte and thought it was delicious. They are dog-friendly, so you can dine outside with your pups, which is so nice because Mashpee Commons is a great place to walk around. They offer coffee, espresso, juices, tea, and hot chocolate. On a recent visit, a large gaggle of people was standing at the entrance, blocking the path to the coffee bar. Naturally, we walked around them, and we happened to be on the other side of an arbitrarily placed barrier- mind you- we werent within feet of any diners- and almost instantly we were blasted with "you cant be on that side of the barrier" by one of the employees- as we attempted to rectify this grievous error by going to the end of the barrier so we could access the acceptable-to-stand side, a different employee alerted us that "we cant stand in this spot." Loved the flavor of the beans. My breakfast sandwich was impossible to eat with my hands, I had to cut it up with a fork and knife. It was a Portuguese roll with avocado, two fried eggs, and spinach. Looking for a coffee shop to send a couple of emails, so I walked in, bought a $6 latte (which was from an automatic machine and not made by a barista and tasted horrible), and sat down at an empty table. We ate here twice with our family and little ones while staying in Mashpee and had a great experience! The food was amazing, we especially loved the Wicked Good French toast and the steak & eggs! The service was also so wonderful! On our second visit our kiddos were melting down and the Chef brought out brownies on the house for the kiddos since he could see how hungry they were. Once the food came the kids instantly settled down and enjoyed their meal, they loved the food! Also, the JMC cold brew was super good! We sat outside and were greeted pretty quickly. Ordered coffee, which was really good. I got the hazelnut cold brew with a splash of cream and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely return for the coffee. Food wise, I was super disappointed. Ordered an omelette and could barely eat it. The eggs were super overdone, the veggies weren't salted, and the avocado sadly didn't cover the issues, even though there seemed to be an entire avocado smashed in the middle. If there was a cheese aspect, it may have been decent. There were just a few specks of goat cheese. The breakfast plate that my friend ordered seemed to be a bit better, but nothing to write home about. Our server was a bit MIA so never asked about our food and we were sadly left with 2 forks for 3 people the entire time. When we were done, she cleared our plates but didn't seem to notice or care that I had only eaten the avocado off my omelette. Passed this place on the way home from picking my kids up at camp, such a treat! Our server Tricia was great and the hostess and busser were very friendly and chatty with my kids. The food came out fast and we had a really nice lunch. It's a shame to see (in person today) and from the reviews such a sense of entitlement from patrons. So many impatient people who blatantly ignore the "please don't seat yourself" sign and then sit there complaining that they don't get immediate service. You'd think people would have a little compassion for an industry that has been devastated by the pandemic, especially a seasonal restaurant in a resort town. Stopped in Cape Cod coffee in Mashpee Commons with Family for a quick bite to eat. Food was AMAZING! We had salad, (nice & cold) crispy bacon, cranberries and the most delicious dipping sauces. Also had the eggs Benedict it was the Best ever! Cooked perfectly Oh did I mention the server? Tricia, she was great. She knew the menu like she wrote it. This visit was awful. We've been here many times before, never disappointed. This morning we went and ordered the chicken and waffles special. We received frozen chicken tenders with two baby sugar waffles straight out of the sugar waffle package. We recognized the taste of the sugar waffles because they were something we had before from Costco--two dry waffles and three frozen chicken tenders on a plate with syrup packets. They also have a large indoor and outdoor seating area with an expansive and comfortable bar area. If your really hungry or nursing a hangover then the answer is the Popponesset Protein Punch with Home Fries. It features two fried eggs, cheddar cheese, thick cut bacon, chorizo, English bacon all on a light buttery croissant. The home fries are nothing special but for $2 they are acceptable. If your looking for something a little less heavy then the Avocado Benny will do the trick. Definitely stop in to give this place a try. My Cape Cod Eggs Benedict was excellent. The eggs were cooked perfectly with delicious hollandaise sauce and home fries. The service was friendly and quick at 11:30. I think we got there right before the noon rush. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. It is noisy due to the wide open space and a bit more expensive for breakfast, that is why I gave it 4 not 5 stars. I will definitely return and try some of their lunch menu items. They have an extensive food menu, but go for the coffee. They offer several varieties of iced coffee, and you have a choice of creamers, sugar, etc. When the kitchen is busy, you get a wait even if all you're getting is cup of java. They have a pleasant patio for outside dining. I got a kicky iced coffee (they also have soap made from coffee) Excellent. This location serves whole bean coffee by the bag, so if you want it ground, go to their nearby roastery. Excellent spot in Mashpee Commons. read more

Stopped here today before heading out home . The cafe is in the Mashpee commons complex . The place is very clean , and they have both indoor and outdoor seating . It looks like this particular location is just getting started, as the interior is still being organized and the lone employee was frequently on the phone managing the shop's back-end operations. She couldn't tell me what beans were in the nitro, but she did make three calls to try to find out, so I give points for that. Let me tell you about the Day Tripper breakfast sandwich. Full disclaimer: it is delicious. However, there is a slight problem with the sandwich when ordered as is. It is the WETTEST breakfast sandwich in the history of the world. I'm not joking when I say that this sandwich has exact proportions to the Earth, 71% water, 29% whatever else. I simply opened the wrapper and had a concoction of egg yolk and various liquids pour onto my shorts. I remained calm and waited till I got home to eat it, only to find that the Portuguese muffin was completely saturated and no longer resembled anything related to bread or a sandwich. It was wet gruel that I had to eat with a fork and knife. It was still pretty good not gonna lie. But damn, please ask yourself if you want to eat this soggy Cadbury egg ass breakfast before you walk through those doors. This sandwich nearly broke me as a person.
