Ordered a pick up 30 minutes prior to getting there. They had 2 people in line. After 4 minutes of standing there they ask if I had a mobile order. I said yea, they had to find my ticket and started making the sandwiches. It took them 8 minutes to make 2 for one of the ladies in line. The other had been standing there so long she left. 15 minutes later so 45 minutes after ordering they call my name. I go get the order the guy asks for the email confirmation. Which I had deleted while sitting there. I should be the app and my order he said not good enough. That next time I go there make sure I'm prepared... I got home the order was wrong. I ordered a BLT with Italian bread bacon,olives,onions, banana peppers lettuce and regular mayonnaise. The other sandwich was a BLT on Italian bread with shredded cheese, lettuce , tomato, pickles, green peppers onions and bacon. We asked for just the bacon toasted not the sandwiches. The bacon was not cooked nor heated up. Nor did they put mayonnaise on one of the sandwiches. When we first got there we got the wrong sandwich's so we had to go back and when we walked in there the restaurant is completely clean but the customer service was crap. I'm sorry but how hard is it to make food the right way as the slip says. As I work in fast food I know how it is and this was a horrible experience and I go to subway all the time. They were very rude about the fact they don't take coupons and the two young guys were busy outside smoking when I came in to order. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. First, they brought us the wrong order. Then, they handed us the correct order with my name on it. Ok...easy enough to make that mistake. We go home with our order. There was cheese missing, wrong bread, negligent meat, missing condiments, etc. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was my fault for not checking the sandwiches before I left the restaurant. So, after $32 and major disappointments, I'll get my sandwiches at Uncle Ronnie's from now on. read more

This may be the best Subway I have ever visited. Customer service here was just fantastic, all employees greeted me with happiness and an eagerness to serve that you typically don't see in chain establishments. There is a great local feel to it. Tammy and Roger made my sandwich and easily it was the best Subway I ever had. Looked like the pictures! I'll also note that it was rather busy and they handled the lunch rush with easy. Always a good sign when people are in and out quickly, they know what they are doing here. Happy to know that I have a reliable quick healthy and tasty option around here. read more

Went in today and ordered 2 sandwiches. Roger was helping me. Not sure if he is owner or manager??? He was not friendly and had an attitude. When I asked for just my bacon to be heated he said that in the future I would have to have my whole sandwich toasted or not get bacon because people were burning their fingers on it. Instead of training employees let say you can't have it..when the other employee was finishing my sandwich I asked for onion, green pepper and extra pickles. When the employee put the extra pickles on Roger chewed him out in front of me and said any more then a few pickles needed to be an extra charge. Mind you I only asked for 3 of the 7-10 items that are available! This is not the first time Roger has been unpleasant. It will be a long time before I go back if at all! There are 2 other deli's with better sandwiches for the same money if not less. If I do go back you can be sure I will ask for every item available and toss what I don't like. read more

One of the best Subway restaurants you'll find anywhere. The owner (Mike) takes pride in great customer service, quality products, and fast turnaround service. He is well respected in the community, gives back a lot, and employs locals especially High School students to give them an opportunity and to build experience. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. My husband and I visit several different Subways depending on where we are, but I must say, this location needs A LOT of improvement! Their web page for ordering rarely works, and they do NOT offer the national promotions. They are extremely stingy on the toppings in comparison to ALL of the other locations! If we didn't have this location on the way home from work, we would NOT use them, but after this last visit, I most likely WON'T. read more

Subways food in general is pretty disappointing. But the service is usually fast and it's decent for what you pay for your meal. The one thing I will say is that the owner of this Subway is extremely friendly and really just makes you want to come back. My son was very rambunctious when we went in to order sandwiches. Very excited, talking mile per minute to the owner. He is also kind of picky when it comes to what goes on his sandwich. No meat, just cheese, pickles and cucumbers. Other subways have put 2 cucumbers and 2 pickles on his sandwich. The owner made him this double decker pickles and cukes sandwich with cheese and was being playful with my son while he made it. The food isn't great but having someone who is just wicked nice and personable is great. read more
