When asked to reset the time, Kyle was not willing to make the change. I was made to feel as if it was my fault for not asking more questions. Spoke with Yipes owner and he was willing to accommodate a change request; however, expressed no empathy for the less than positive interaction I experienced with salesperson Kyle. I did not feel comfortable returning to Yipes in Williston for any further service. Do not recommend Yipes in Williston VT. The salesperson at Yipes in Plattsburg NY was more helpful and friendly. Also the Yipes in NY is less expensive. Note: My request to extend the run time was a very easy request and took less than a half hour to make the change.
