A cockroach was walking across the counter while the person was making a sub. The person reached over and brushed it off the counter. They didn't wash the counter or their hands. They just kept on like it was normal. We won't be back. I am so disappointed. read more

I never knew people with so many Tattoos could be so friendly, especially when the guy had his belt below his butt and his brown underwear was showing while he worked really hard restocking the chips! Both the lady and guy made really good sandwiches the way we liked them. They were so nice we gave them $2 bills as tips. They also gave us cool information from around the area as we were not locals. read more

i usually love coming to this specific establishment and enjoy getting a sandwich from someone smiling and trying to help me get the best possible food. however tonight was different. it is absolutely disgusting to be complaining and yelling about how short staffed the place is. there were two ladies working; a younger one who seemed very new and optimistic to learn, and an older one with blue hair and a worn out name tag that may have read Jasmine. this woman was rude and patronizing to customers. she spoke in baby talk to every brown person that walked in. she sighed and complained about the management there and the issues with scheduling. as a waitress who has endured more than having to make five sandwiches at a time, there are certain things you keep to yourself and keep separate from customer service. as a customer, i don't want to hear you complaining. you'd make my sandwich and the 'insane amount' of people behind me sandwiches faster (2 parties of 2 people each...) i hope the younger girl gets a better mentor and doesn't begin to attain the same qualities as Jasmine. read more

We made a random stop at this Subway on a road trip. The employees were really friendly and and hospitable. The place was really clean. We really enjoyed our stop in. We even got free cookies for being the first ones to press the holiday stuffed animal that sang Christmas songs! read more

This subway is extremely understaffed. Don't come here thinking you're going to get a quick meal on the road. The poor guy working there all alone while there was a constant stream of customers coming in and ordering online. The manager should be ashamed to create this sort of service bottleneck happen because he's trying to have a few bucks. We won't be going back. The only reason this review gets two stars is because of the kindness, hard work and patience of the only employee there. read more

The owner served us & was stingy with vegetables on our sandwiches & not at all accommodating. We ordered 2 footlong Club sandwiches but do not eat ham, and when we asked him to replace the 2 ham slices with either turkey or roast beef, he refused. STORE OWNER DOES NOT ACCEPT TEXT/EMAIL COUPONS OR ANY COUPONS FOR THAT MATTER!!!!! So I live next to this location and get some good text coupons once in awhile that I'd like to redeem. Yet whenever I've tried to redeem them I'm told that if there's no code to scan that they can't honor it. I spoke with corporate and they connected me with the promotional company responsible for sending these text offers. They informed me that they're NEVER scannable and that, if the offer shows the timer, that's the proper format. The promotional company said it's simply up to the owner whether he takes coupons or not. I REPEAT THE OWNER HAS CHOSEN NOT TO TAKE COUPONS. IT'S NOT THAT HE NEEDS TO SCAN THEM. HE JUST HATES HIS CUSTOMERS(this is my personal opinion). So if this store's owner/workers claim they can't take the text offers because they can't scan them that's UNTRUE! They are simply lying and trying to get more money from you figuring you already ordered so you'll just pay the full price. Remember the timer? Most people wait until they get to the register before they click redeem. When they say they won't take your missing barcode coupon then more than likely you'll already have 3 people behind you and feel like a poor person with little money if you just leave because they won't cut a few bucks off. Grow a pair and stick up for your savings..nobody will judge you and who cares if they do?.. It's your wallet! If you ask them before ordering and they say they can't take it, they assume you'll be too lazy as a regular consumer to care enough to drive across the street to McDonald's, Burger King, etc instead. Which by the way is exactly what I do...WALK OUT THE DOOR! McDonald's never sends me offers(never signed up) but if I hear about one on tv or the radio it's magically always available to me when I visit. Maybe that's why this place has such bad reviews. I was. Wet upset with this Subway. Owned very rude. I travel through the area occasionally and like stopping at the Subway because I can eat healthier. Today I had to wait because the owner was busy talking to landlord, then landlord decided to talk to sandwich maker, then finally got sandwich and had to wait at register because landlord still talking. Showed owner my coupon I received via text for $3 six inch. He said he couldn't take because there is no bar code. I stated I've use these kind of coupons before never had a problem. He said I should use another coupon. I told him I didn't want to use another coupon I wanted to use the one that I was showing him. He said he couldn't except it. So I told him I didn't want to sandwich and left he really didn't seem to care. So now I have no sandwich no coupon and no hopes of ever returning here. read more
