Trish and her team accommodated the requests perfectly without hesitation. The drinks are a must-try. The Vietnamese iced coffee is excellent, and the kids loved their custom orders. Every dish we ordered across both visits nailed the execution: House Special Pho Ox Tail Pho Grilled Chicken over Rice Grilled Pork Chop over Rice Everything was fresh, authentic, and delicious. When my dad and I finally came in, the waitress asked if it was for two, and I said no, for four. When my mom and aunt returned, it felt awkward knowing the restaurant had a restroom but didn't allow them to use it. That was very rude and disappointing. We did have a male server who was kind, and the food itself was good, so credit to the chef. However, after we finished eating, no one checked on us. I had to go up to the counter to pay, and no one asked if we needed a to-go box--I ended up getting one myself and packing my own food.
