Subway is always hit or miss just like any chain or franchise. This particular one is frequented by many folks in Morgan because it's convenient and one of only a few restaurants in town. The new ownership has made a big difference in my opinion. 1. The restaurant is always clean. One of the most clean in the area. From this perspective I would rate them a 5. 2. They run out of ingredients often. It's unclear if this is a supply chain issue or just new management getting used to ordering. 3. They don't always get orders right when we order online. We have much better luck going into the restaurant and watching sandwich's being made. On more than one occasion we have ordered online to find that our sandwiches don't align as advertised. Overall this is your typical Subway. Not bad but it's also Subway. read more

We walked in to an empty line in the Subway. A couple was seated and halfway through their meal, and my group of about 20 youth group kids walked in to order sandwiches. 20 is a LOT of people, believe me- I know. But the absolute disgust on all three of the worker's faces when we walked in (and as we were ordering) was blatantly rude. The Subway itself was disgusting (pictures attached). The subway seemed pretty empty aside from the one couple eating- and even then- that one couple was talking to a worker and was laughing at her when we walked in, so much so it made me believe they were related. Knowing this, I don't understand what could have been so difficult from keeping the store looking anything but absolutely disgusting. Cheetos, wrappers, straws, tape, lettuce, and napkins were everywhere. Yucky. The sandwiches were pretty good so that's why I put a 2 star rather than 1. But even then, the sandwich was lacking enough meat. I got a steak and cheese and there was a solid inch from the edge (width wise) that was all dry bread. Will not be returning, but mostly because I live in Washington where their Subway is done right. read more

Subway isn't hard to get right or wrong. I assume the corporation has right control over their brand... BUT, and this may be because I'm am tried from the road and my junk food, but my sandwich was really really good. The bread soooooo fluffy! Everything was prefect except they don't have Swiss cheese here. No problem. The kid behind the counter was really nice too. I think I might call corporate and ask them to thank their team for being good workers on a boring Thursday night. read more

Horrible customer service! Had my sandwich switched with the person in front of me, He had realized it when I was paying. Mentioned to me "have them make you a new one my hands are pretty dirty I touched that sandwich" I told the 3 young lady's working, one lady with a dirty blonde braided hair with a yellow and green hair band tried to give me the same sandwich because it looked fine?? So they asked the customer, he said yeah make her a new one. Ridiculous! If you manage to give my meal to another person I suspect you to give me a new fresh one!!! read more

While Subway is not a favorite of mine, I wanted to give cudo's to the teenagers operating the place at noontime when we ate. They were efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The food was fresh (as Subway's go). The restrooms were spotless as was the restaurant. If you need a quick place in Morgan to eat, they will serve you well. read more

Best subway around with fast service and the workers and owners are super nice and the sandwiches are really really good . I eat here about once a week and never had any issues of any kind and the SOUP , Don't forget the loaded potato soup it's one of my favorites just soup and a sandwich. read more

One of the best, maybe the best, Subway around. This is the Subway I compare all others to and nothing every comes close. Everything seems to be fresher here than anywhere else. I've never seen a browning piece of lettuce nor have I ever had a stale piece of bread. Service is great and friendly. Something that I really like about this Subway is that with my problems with indecision on exactly what to get the workers have never hesitated to give me their input on what they think would be good. Obviously that doesn't always help but it nice to have that extra input. All in all this is a great place to grab a bite to eat. read more

This is a comfortable and relaxing place to make a quick stop for lunch while driving across the state. The staff are super sweet, kind and thoughtful. Our orders were filled quickly and checkout was a breeze. I had my carved turkey sandwich with Seattles Best Keurig cup coffee and it was delicious! Seating was clean and padded. Atmosphere was quiet yet light-hearted. My husband's Spicy Italian sandwich had a rich and hearty flavor. Highly recommend this spot! read more

This is my favorite Subway hands down. The sandwiches taste so much better here and the people are incredibly friendly. The service is incredible and I don't really like other Subways because of this one. I frequently get the Subway Melt and it never disappoints. The bread is always on point as well. I honestly don't have a single complaint about this Subway. If you're a fan of Subway and coming through Morgan, stop here and eat! read more

This place is a hit or a miss. Easiest to have a hit during day time and a miss at night. Sandwiches are fast and loaded up with veggies during the day...night time- slow paced, minimal amount of vegetables as though it's coming out of the workers checks. read more
