Walking into this gem we were met with an eclectic splash of decor and food options. You can dine in or takeout. Everyone orders from the counter. There are outside dining options and indoor dining options. This is a casual setting so no need to dress up fancy, feel free to come in after your ski trip or your bike trip or just to grab a bite because you're hungry. Soups and sandwiches are what they specialize in. The nice thing is if you want something to go they'll be happy to serve it up, including their famous wasabi, potato salad, and boy was it delicious. Not too hot and a kick of flavor. They have a cooler that has to go, soups and chili. Know that they work hard to have things from local growers, including the local butcher. They have a lot of different beverages, but all of them are bottled or canned, they include sparkling, flavored waters, Diet Coke, bottled Coke, European lemon beverages, Beer and more. We had the American and Spicy Beef sandwich. Both had good flavor but the Spicy Beef was a bit stronger. The meets are fresh so don't expect over processed extremely salty meats. The breads are made locally and they were divine. The aïoli sauce is made fresh and it is not very strong. Just how we liked it. The service is outstanding. I'm still daydreaming about the cauliflower bahn mi I got here a few weeks ago. A simple shop serving up delicious eats. Every sandwich comes with your choice of side - they have pasta salads, salads, quinoa, couscous, noodles. You can't go wrong with any side you choose. The cauliflower bahn mi was delightful. Hidden Peak Provisions was my singular staple in Heber Valley (until the pizza yard opened and then I had two staples, oh and the taqueria next to Verizon.) Had the Turkey Club, it was f'ing phenomenal. Great ingredients that combine to a taste that is even more than the sum of its parts. Lots of thin cut meat, great bacon, and paired with a perfect bread that had just a touch of crispness. Great oil dressing on it too. Haven't had a sandwich this good in years. One of those sandwiches that tends to have more innards vs. outres... We both had soup, which was a beef vegi. So good, so much meat! Since we were the only ones there, we could talk and listen to the soundtrack... which was lovely. Plan to go back as there is more snowshoeing to be done and many more sandwiches to try. I ordered a "build your own" with turkey, provolone and avocado. The highlight of the sandwich was the baguette- very soft and chewy (not the kind that scrapes up the roof of your mouth). Everything inside the sandwich was fresh tasting. Definitely a step up from the meat and cheese you buy from the grocery store or get on your sandwich at subway. Sides were ok.
