I generally try not to be a negative Nancy or Karen as they call it now days. But I feel some things need to be addressed about this location. I understand all the new menu, updates to store and all looks nice. But when over half the vegetables in the sandwich making station look bad not just by appearances but actually are, and you have over 6 employees at the station one of which is a manager. This doesn't look good. So let's review: The somewhat good - employees were properly gloved - ( Not changing between sandwiches though) - employees weren't stressed or rude, but not paying attention to the station ingredients. -store was clean -chips stocked The Bad: - I could tell the lettuce from a glance from even the meat side was at least a day old ( I've worked in subway before.. I know what lettuce looks like) - upon further making it to the veggies, the spinach had a lot of bad and I mean bad to the point of not wilted but slimy. - it was put on my sandwich anyways. - the cucumbers which I normally like to get we're also slimy so I did not get those. Knowing now that the employee wasn't caring about quality or making sure the ingredients weren't bad. After the spinach, I just looked at her like really, and selectively picked some veggies, because honestly, the station was nasty. I don't get any sauce so I could quickly come home and deconstruct my sandwich and get the spinach that was bad off my sandwich. So it's nice they upgraded and raised prices but now someone from headquarters needs to come in and train the staff, and the definitely need to be made aware of possible illnesses caused by bad ingredients. It's called quality control. I will not be back at this location, and will continue to go father down the riad to another location that isn't so laxed on their policies. read more

Went in expecting a nice wonder breakfast. everything was fine and dandy until the end. I guess i got extra meat on accident and i didn't even ask for it. So then the manager comes and says hey bubba you got to pay for extra meat. Which my response to that was i didn't ask for extra meat. He then preceded to still charge me. Ordered a couple sandwiches online for pickup. When I got there they were busy so I just told them my name and waited for them to finish making my sandwiches. After waiting 10 minutes after pickup time I went and asked them about my order and I was told they never received it. I told them to just cancel it and I went somewhere else. I left with nothing but they still charged me for the sandwiches. Now I have to call and have the charge reversed. read more

Ordered a breakfast steak, egg, and cheese flatbread. The new employee used the wrong scoop and accidentally gave me a lunch portion of steak on the flatbread. Manager proceeded to tell me I need to pay for double meat (even though I didn't order it). Sandwich was cold and not worth $9. Go elsewhere. read more

Went in to pick up a online order there was one lady working on the line and asked another lady to come help. After about 3 or 4 min she finally came out and started on my order. She was very rude to the only employee that was working and after her saying try me I'll walk out to the only lady working I just left. I was there total of 13 min to pick up an online order that still was not made. I won't be back this lady needs help and all she gets is back talk doesn't matter if the lady was over her (manger) or not. read more

Waited in line and the employee asked for help. The manager told the employee in front of all the customers that he needed to work on his speed and refused to help. Very unprofessional. Talk about a crap start to a day at the beach! We always stop for subway on the way to the beach. We are the average quiet customer, in and out. What a mistake stopping here in Navarre. The female acted annoyed with her job, taking it out on us by giving us crappy service. She ripped our sandwich breads open, resulting in torn sandwiches. Threw the toppings on! We will never stop here again for our foot longs. Perhaps it's time to try a different sandwich establishment all together. What a horrible start to what should be a peaceful day! Highly upset because I usually receive great service. My sub was pretty much just half-assed wrapped up and thrown into the bag. The sub was leaking all over what it was wrapped in, leaking through in some places. Thankfully I was paying attention because it would've made a mess all over the table. read more

We have ordered from here 4 times now. Mainly because my sons friends ask for it. Unfortunately they always miss the mark. Today as usual the pizza showed up under cooked. It's a Subway! Their food and service is good. They have an online app for your phone now that makes ordering even easier. You just pick what you want, pay for it and then all you have to do is pick it up. Very convenient. read more

Sadly, the owner of this store allows employees to be deceptive regarding pricing. I ordered a Spicy Italian footling and asked for just pepperoni. The employee at the time decided to charge me for a pizza sub for $1.50 more, which amounts to paying $1.50 for two slices of pepperoni. Drive down to the store in Mary Esther, they won't rip you off like this. read more

Mary is horrible. Dirty looks. Attitude. Horrible attitude to her co-workers in front of customers. Asked for green peppers and got a *sigh*. This is ridiculous. I don't deserve this attitude just to order food. I hope you get better staff soon or I'm going back to All American subs. read more
