Wife and I were rolling to P-Cola and had a hankering for something different. A few days prior we had awesome 2 for $6 Fish sandwiches at FWB Arby's, so opted for those again at Gulf Breeze. What caught our eye instead was the menu for the Reuben sandwich! Eureka! That was the something different we were seeking! WOW! Best Reuben in a long, long time! Tender slices of meat, toasted bread just right and mouthwatering sauerkraut with oh-so-perfect seasoning! Excuse my English, but YOU AIN'T HAD THIS!!! So, you know how you get that one gr8 experience and it flops the second time around? NOT SO!!! We are sold on this one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if good Reubens are on your list! read more

It's a chain restaurant so the food is standardized. The only deviation is from human error. I've only been through the drive through window and I only eat the corn beef Reuben. They have the best one in Gulf Breeze. read more

Just had to write a review to applaud the gentleman on drive thru last night. He was probably the nicest fast food experience we have ever had. Our orders came out hot and right. We had a big order so a lot of times going to fast food we would be missing something. But he just really seemed like he liked his job but whether he did or not it didn't show on how he presented himself last night. He repeated back our orders and one of the sandwhich we had to wait on and when it was done he bought it out to us with a thank you and have a great night. That's how you are suppose to be when working in a customer service environment. I been through so many drive thru and they just seem to just basically take your order and throw it at you. Only if we can have that worker at every service job. That would be awesome!!! read more

Must say will NEVER visit this store again. I can't recall tje last place the customer service was so nasty. Stayed back looking at menu for a few minutes, no one else waiting around counter, seen a few cars in drive through. Approached counter when I decided what I wanted, waited about five minutes before a lady showing a new hire around came up Shaw asked if I needed to order, "yes, ma'am" I replied, what can I get you, she asked" all of a sudden the black woman abruptly shouted "your taking that order, don't you see we have all these others to deal with!" As the 1st lady tried to speak , she reiterated " they ain't taking orders right now" My reply, "NO PROBLEM, WHATABURGER RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD," I'm working as well and had just enough time between appointments for lunch, They have lost a customer for sure That woman in there needs A LOT MORE customer service training, perhaps she can't handle that position and need to go back to cleaning floors and bathrooms!!!!!!! read more

I have not eaten at an Arby's in forever and forgot how good it was! I used to love their standard roast beef and cheddar on their onion bun. Then I noticed they have the traditional Gyros on the menu, so I ended up ordering that instead and am so happy that I did - Yum! For a fast food gyro on the go, I was surprised. Quick tip: Wednesdays they offer 2 Gyros for $6. This restaurant location was extremely clean and everyone that works at this location is doing a great job with a great attitude, great to see this for a fast food place. Been here 3 times now, while visiting the area and my order has always been on point, including added sauce requests and etc. Great job staff and management! read more

I would give a 0 if possible. I went to Arby's today. The worker did not have a mask on her face. She looked filthy as well and was being rude. I asked to just cancel my order. She started cursing me out, calling me a bitch, etc. But I did get my receipt. I started videoing her because she was in a tirade and I feared for my safety. She continued to scream and threw what ever she had in her hands to the ground and exited the store saying she was going to kick my ass. I did not even have time to pull away before she came screaming to my car window outside. I was terrified! I called the manager and she did nothing but get upset because she was busy and did not have time to help me. I was shaking so hard that I could not drive and had to go somewhere else to park my car and try to catch my breath. The place is nasty, with nasty employees. It should be closed down!!! read more

Worst restaurant experience of my life. The cashier was not wearing a mask, nor gloves, nor any hair covering. She was also looking quite crazy. I politely asked to cancel my order. She went crazy and told me she was going to kick my ass. I am a senior citizen and had crutches clearly on the passenger side. She actually threw her belongings to the ground and ran out the side door to my car as i tried to leave!! Terrifying and criminal!! I think she is a manager! I was told she got fired and I was given a couple gift certificates but she still there yesterday! Totally disgusting place!! read more

I stopped here today Friday 13th 2020 for a fish sandwich it was after the lunch crowd. I could tell they had been swamped and were trying to regroup. Despite the crazy lunch time they were still so nice, courteous and really went out of their way to take care of me! Ashaunti was the one who was in charge and was awesome!! She made my day! This Arby's gets 5 stars because I went in there one time and the next time a few weeks later they remembered my name!!! That is hard to do when you only see somebody/ a customer twice in a three week span. Plus the food is always fresh and made nice and fast. read more

Ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. Asked for marinara sauce at the window, got our food, no marinara sauce.. Unwrapped our sandwiches hardly any cheddar or roast beef at all. Will not be coming back to this location. read more
