I tasted strong hot and sour flavors. Just a fragrant broth of lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, fish sauce. I like mine spicy so she gave me some sate sauce to add. It's her own special recipe I must say it's one of the best soups I've had. Not to mention the bowl is full of noodles too!
