Manager told the customer it would be a minute or so. After about a minute the manager yelled "ma'am" and gave her "their" order. Turns out it wasn't theirs and the customer brought it back up. This manager then proceeded to tell the customer that SHE took the wrong order (accusing the customer of taking someone else's order.). The customer was then given the correct order and proceeded to sit and eat. Not done... Since the first customer was given the wrong order, they now had to remake customer number 2's order. So instead of this manager just keeping her mouth shut and handing out food. She proceeded out to the lobby to personally deliver customer number 2's order. Proceeds to tell customer number 2 (less then 5 foot away from the first customer) "That crazy lady with two kids right here took your order, I'm sorry". So, of course customer 1 reacts with yelling, while putting customer 2 in a really awkward position. Like I said, it was absolutely bizarre, if it was my restaurant, that manager would be terminated. The situation aaa extremely inappropriate, in front of at least 25 customers at that. Several couldn't believe what this manager was doing, and several stated they would never be back. Extremely poor customer service, and extremely poor situation deescalation and handling. I will never be back.

After starting to eat our fries, they tasted old and we thought they would be fresh because he had waited for the fries in the waiting parking lot. Then I had my triple cheeseburger which tasted like it had been sitting out for hrs, it was slopped together with no onion, 1 pickle, ketchup and old tasting cheese (I ordered the toppings that a regular cheeseburger would have on it, but didn't have) after I started eating my 2nd cheeseburger, I could not finish, this food just tasted sooo old and off. When my husband ate his chicken nuggets, he said that 3 out of the pack he ordered were spoiled, so he couldn't eat those pieces. Just a couple minutes after I stopped eating my food, I felt so nauseous, had bad heartburn indigestion and my body was boiling like an oven with shaking, I knew immediately that my body was fighting something bad. My husband had mentioned that he had a tummy ache and when he was picking up our order, the lady that brought the food out gave him a strange look. I will NEVER TRUST any food or service from this McDonalds again, I would rather save the money and make our own burgers and other food.

My food took about 12 minutes to be all set, but they gave me a cup to enjoy some root beer as I waited. I digged into the fries and Cod sandwich first which were pretty good. The Deluxe Double Burger was also pretty good and the chocolate shake was semi thick and sweet.
