I know Subway claims to be pretty healthy but is still fast food (and it's definitely even less healthy when you add extra-extra sweet onion sauce) but a girl can have a treat now and again! My husband always gets the tuna salad, so he's making healthier choices than me. My order is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki on flatbread with only pickles, black olives, and extra sweet onion sauce at the end. Like I said, you can make Subway unhealthy if you try! We always visit this Subway location because, in our experience, it's the cleanest one and the staff is very friendly. They also have the Goodrich ice cream at this location, so you can get a dessert at the same time as your meal and not have to make two stops! If you're on the hunt for the best Subway in Omaha (for some reason), this one could be up there. read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I hate to be that person cause I genuinely always leave 5 star reviews whenever I rarely do make them. But I just got back from the subway off W Maple and the customer service I received last night was very disappointing the tall kid with black curly hair was absolutely rude and weird. When ordering our food he never asked us if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, left out ingredients we asked for to be put on our sandwiches and he just laid it on the counter in front of us and stared at us for awhile until we said something. Making us uncomfortable and after I had paid for a large drink he not only didn't give me the cup I bought, but after getting the receipt out of the machine he walked away from us and didn't ask if he wanted a receipt. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood near this subway and I'm so disappointed that all 3 times that I have come have been horrible customer service. I understand working somewhere making sandwiches isn't the most fun and enjoyable job, but when I walk in and say hello and am met with an eye roll when no one is there is just rude. The employee never said a single word to me the entire time and had their AirPods in both ears. They didn't hear me when I asked for cheese and so I didn't get any. The 3rd time I went in and it was an hour before close and both staff were in the back cleaning and I waited 9 minutes and said excuse me in a nice way and both looked up and looked back down. read more

To the franchise owner: We went to this subway at 6:00 Sept. 4 for a quick bite to eat. Outside was an employee (Eva) with her boyfriend smoking a cigarette. She saw us coming kissed her boyfriend good bye and came inside to help make our sandwiches. She proceded to put on her gloves to make our sandwiches WITHOUT washing her hands. As a gentleman who feels a lot younger than the 66 yrs of age that I am, I still have trouble with my new smart I-Phone. I wanted to order the two for $10 on the Subway app., but i got it screwed up. Even when I tried inside the restaurant. But a beautiful and helpful mgr. named Geneva came to my rescue. Not only did she fix my phone, she showed me how to operate my new I-phone. Then, she allowed me to get the deal I wanted. She is Johnny-on-the-spot. What a sweet and dear lady. I would call her exceptional and I'm an old sales mgr. who had nine people working with me. It was near maple street in front of hy vee. The menu had some great stuff, if you're really hungry, go to subway. The menu includes, sandwiches, roasted oven chicken, buffalo chicken, tuna, spicy italian, and many more great food. Subway has great desserts, like double chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, ice creams, and more types of other cookies you might like. It only takes them like 15 to 20 minutes to get your food ready. The price of the food is pretty fair, it only costs about 8 to 9 dollars. They also have kids menus if you have kids with you. The kids menu includes, turkey breast mini, veggie delight mini, and roast beef mini. Subway also has fresh soft bread, which is really good.If you really can't go out and eat, you can also order subway online. Some of the bad things about subway is, it's crowded a lot on the weekend's, and Subway is a busy place always. The worst part about this is that the bathrooms are dirty. It's not clean. This location desperately needs new help. I can't remember the last time I met 2 employees who care that little as the two working tonight. You could actually see them roll their eyes when customers walked in and it took forever for them to even come out front from hiding in the back.
