Just a warning to all loyal Arby's customers who frequent Arby's in Millard, NE. I broke a tooth on something hard in an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich the other day. I was disappointed that the franchise company who owns this restaurant will not pay for damages. I get that there are grifters out there who will take advantage of businesses to fraudulently collect on something that isn't warranted. However, this brings up the issue of proof vs benefit of the doubt. I get that it would have to be a rare occurrence for something like this to happen. I love Arby's food. I would venture to say that the chances something like this would happen again would be slim to none. My disappointment, however, stems from the fact that there is no evidence to support any doubt by PANDA INC (Omaha) in their determination not to compensate me for my loss in this case. In my 65 years, I feel I have lead my life with strong moral compass. Regardless of my bruised integrity I feel that PANDA INC (Omaha) most likely never compensates customers for anything more than a free meal for any issue. By-the-way, that's what their store manager offered me. Legally they probably have all the right not to compensate. No proof. However, I have filed a claim with the Nebraska Dept of Insurance to express my dissatisfaction with their insurance company's determination. So here's your warning. Be prepared to be called a liar. I will continue to reach out by all means necessary to convey to PANDA INC (Omaha) that ignoring or dismissing a customer with a complaint is just bad business!

    Millard location in Omaha.

Visited this Arby's while in Omaha. Great service. Nikole was customer focused and organized. Food was hot and order 100% correct. Had the classic roast beef. Clean environment.

Been to this Arby's on several occasions. For the most pa we have been satisfied with both the food, cleanliness and customer service. Today in the drive through we were told to pull up because they had to make the hubs' tea. We waited 10 minutes for tea. T.E.A. When our tea arrived, we were told there was a "dilemma with the tea." I'm assuming they had just hand picked the tea leaves, dried and packaged them then steeped the tea just for us. Sarcastic comments aside, we really have had great service and food at this location. Maybe next time, because there will be a next time, we just won't order the specialty brew tea. Happy eating Yelpers!

We showed up in the drive thru at 1015pm and while we were at the menu we said a couple times hello and no one answered. All of a sudden the menu lights turned off. We drove up to the window and this employee ignored us. We finally got his attention and I said you closed 45 min early! He probably didn't hear me but he just shook his head and laughed at us. A female manager came around the corner and he told her we were there. He ignored us too but then started to walk over to the window which we took a pic and left. Absolutely ridiculous that they are closing 45 min early.

The Reuben and Classic Roast Beef's were very good and and the buns and rye bread were both very fresh.

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! They do support Down Syndrome Adoption which is amazing and something I did not know before going into the restaurant!!

We were staying in Lincoln NE but commuting back and forth between there and Omaha for a few days and on Sunday we hit this one before heading back to Des Moines. She always orders a turkey something... Honestly I'm not even sure exactly what it is and I really don't care. Subs or deli sandwiches really aren't my thing... But Schlotzsky's is probably her favorite! We hit the drive through in this location and were behind a couple of cars. She placed her order and I could tell from her smile they had done what they needed to do when they handed her the bag. I think it was the sheer weight... There are chains that you know when they hand you the bag if it's going to be a good day... You can tell if it's loaded...! Or did they skimp on your order? We pulled into a nearby parking spot in the lot... I already had my Runza waiting for me. She lifted the sandwich out of the bag and it dwarfed her hands. She looked at me and said... "Now that's a sandwich!" I could tell she enjoyed every bite. This Schlotzsky's is in a standalone building adjacent to a strip of businesses. It's easy to access and there is plenty of nearby parking. Service in the drive through was great and the sandwich she got was on point! Shes had ones that weren't from other locations... This visit at this time... 5 stars! Your mileage may vary.

The floor was sticky and the whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about six months. The drive-through has been closed for at least eight months. After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

I ordered a Gluten Free #6, Mike's way, and I was pleasantly surprised. I think they've improved their gluten free subs, because it didn't instantly crumble and fall apart with all the sauces on it. The roast beef was good; truly just a simple sandwich. It's pretty much just meats, cheese, and a couple veggie toppings, but Mike's Way can really elevate the sandwich.

I'm sorry, Danny DeVito - I love you, but I did NOT love Jersey Mike's. You can be their celebrity…read morespokesperson if it pays the bills, but you steered me wrong this time, Danny. All joking aside, I had not visited Jersey Mike's in the past, because I am a very big sauce girl and had seen that Jersey Mike's has no sauces. They have mayonnaise and olive oil and vinegar, etc. That is the extent of their sauce game. And they have no toppings aside from tomatoes and onions and simple things like that. Not a sandwich place after my heart, I must say. I am a Potbelly or Subway girl for the above reasons. Mama's Meatball at Potbelly - yummmm! And that Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at Subway - I would eat it even knowing there's yoga mat in the bread. Jersey Mike's does have a nice vibe going in their shop, kind of like you're at a baseball game or something with the red, white, and blue color palette. But then there are pictures of beaches and things, so that was a little confusing. I got the Turkey Provolone sandwich to try for my first (and last) visit. I don't like tomatoes or onions, but they did have black olives, so I added those. They have no sauces, as I said, except mayo, so that's what I ordered and I got a LOT of it since it was the only "moisturizing" aspect of this dry turkey sandwich. Even with the onslaught of mayo that I added to this sandwich, it was still somehow very dry in the end. I think it's because they put WAY too much meat on the sandwich (which is hand cut on a slicer, and I do appreciate that). But the absurd amount of meat just soaked up all the toppings and made it dry and unappetizing. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich, and that was actually pretty good (he gave me half of his since I didn't like mine at all). It did have some flavor and wasn't super dry like mine. So because his sandwich was good, I am upgrading my review from a two star to a three. Overall, I would say to skip Jersey Mike's if you're not a fan of pretty basic/bland sandwiches. If you are a fan of those, then Jersey Mike's might be for you, and that's ok.
