This was my first time getting a salad at Chick-fil-A, and it was great! I wasn't sure what to expect for the fast food salad, but it was premade, and came with several items on the side, including a packet of dressing, almonds, and granola. Since the salad was prepackaged, the chicken on top was cold. I wasn't expecting this, as I had ordered an extra chicken breast on top, which was hot! This was not a big deal, but unexpected. The solid tasted great! It was well mixed with plenty of apples aside from just the lettuce. There was a good amount of chicken on top, I probably didn't need a second piece! I was a bit surprised that this salad with extra chicken came out to about $17. This is a similar amount I would pay at a dine in restaurant, so it was a bit high in my opinion. I was also disappointed, as I've heard a lot about the famous berry salad at Chick-fil-A, and I looked at this on their menu online ahead of time, planning to order it today. I didn't see it advertised add this location's menu, and when I asked about it, the employee didn't know what I was talking about, but recommended this apple salad, which was also great. I wouldn't make this my go to spot for salads, but as far as fast food salads go it was fresh and tasted great! I do plan to come back for the berry salad, but we'll make sure to confirm. My family and I came here for dinner last night with our toddler son and had such a POSITIVE experience. We're always on the lookout for truly kid-friendly places to eat, and this restaurant checked every box. First, I want to call out how clean everything was. You can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the space spotless. When we went to grab a high chair, we noticed it was already clean and ready to go, complete with a disinfecting wipe and a plastic table mat for our son to use during his meal. I've honestly never seen a restaurant offer this level of thoughtfulness for parents before, and it really stood out. They also have a small play area for kids, which is such a rarity these days and was a huge plus for us. Our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and everything tasted fresh. We had the chicken sandwich meal along with the chicken nugget meals, and both were great. Lastly, the staff was just as amazing. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Great job to this location. Bad Service. Been here a few times now and every stop has not been great. This location is just overall disappointing. I can deal with the employees not always saying "my pleasure", but I do have a problem when they're just not nice at all- even had an instance where employees were laughing while taking our order (and not in a wholesome way). Finally, not really sure how you forget to add 6 sauces to a bag especially when you work at CFA. I love CFA but this location is just not it. read more

I ordered lunch delivery from this location for the first time this week, and was impressed with the timeliness, taste and temperature of my order when it arrived! For being new, I expected some errors, but they did a wonderful job and lived up to my expectations and then some! I have only eaten Chick-Fil-A twice before today, mostly because the closest location before wasn't that close, and wildly inconvenient to get in and out of. But, this brand spankin' new CFA opened recently and I had the great pleasure of eating it today. I pulled in at 11:12, and I was out around 11:26, so it definitely isn't "fast" food, but well worth it! The staff could not be any friendlier, every one i encountered was super sweet!! Then I got the food..omg. It's. so. good. I remember the pervious time I had it, I loved it, and today I remembered why, and understand now why it's always so busy! If you like the typical friendly Chick Fil A customer service, this is not the location for you. The employees here are not like any that I have come across at any other locations. They are really unfriendly, not helpful and seem to really hate their job. This is a fairly new location so that starts from the top with management. Time for an overhaul in management or something. it's really bad. Keep on driving to 176th and Center where the service will be much better. My most reason visit was a mobile order with missing items. When I went back to get the missing items, not a single apology was given. The only thing that was said to me was to ask if I needed sauce. I don't need you to gush over how sorry you are that a mistake was made, but that's basic customer service to apologize for the mistake or for the extra twenty minutes I spent driving back to the store. Just an overall poorly managed location and it shows. read more

Order on the app and upon arrival the drive thru was down to one lane only. Took a bit to get the food. Drove about 10-15 mins home only to find that they gave me someone else's sandwich and not mine. Turned around and went back to get my correct sandwich. Had to wait a bit and then when I did get it, all they said was sorry and thanks. I'm like since I had to drive an extra 20 mins for your mistake, are you going to at least comp a portion of my order since I had to come back for a sandwich and also now my meal is at home cold and needing warmed up. I had to argue to get the cost of the sandwich refunded but didn't offer to cover my meal or even a coupon for next visit. Be warned!! read more

The food is usually good but the line was a single line, cars getting impatient and trying to pull around a narrow drive. A frustrated driver nearly clipped my bumper getting out of line to go in the store. The employees always look like they are being held hostage. When we received our food, it was not hot. Warm, at best. They forgot the sauce and went inside the store and they acted as if I was trying to steal... sauce! There is something off about this location. It is convenient to the grocery store, but unsure if I'll give it another try. read more

Drive-thru service here is horrible. Wasn't sure if this location was horribly understaffed or just did not get the memo about sending workers outside like other locations do, until they sent two extra workers out. Not to take our orders or anything, just so one could walk through the mile-long line of cars in a cow suit while the other followed them to make sure they didn't hit anything. Spent 45 minutes from entering the drive-thru to leaving it. read more
