The food is good, typical fare, but served quickly and portions enough for any appetite. I had the frittata -- skyline's version of it and it was a winner. It came out as more of a scrambled egg than an omelet-style, loaded with the onions, peppers, tomatoes -- and not tiny little cubes, but large chopped pieces, and the crunchy bacon and the cheese topped it off. There was a side of homemade salsa. It was just okay -- nothing spectacular and was not needed because the frittata was flavorful enough on its own. With that said, eating more veggies is not a bad thing, so I ate it anyway. (you're welcome, Mom.) Like most small-town diners, there is a healthy take-out business, and this was no exception.
