I was willing to give them a chance because I never tried their food before. I walked in and the waitress, she didn't give me a name. She stated "What in the hell do you want?" I stated "I was looking for a menu." She stated "It's over here if you don't like what you see our menu you can get the hell out." I left without even ordering or anything. I cannot put the other language in here she was using but it was some language that hasn't been used since the building was constructed.

The guy in front of us ordered 7 minutes before me and he didn't get his order to go until 15 minutes after mine! The store was really nasty... chairs, tables & floor were sticky! Trays left from earlier customers that had long gone. Just not ever returning to this store.

There was so much batter around the skinny little piece of fish I thought I was eating a doughnut with fish in it. The actual fish wasn't the usual firm flaky white (cod or pollock) usually served. I suspect it was tilapia, in my opinion, no comparison in quality. We threw most of the fish away, and ate the sides. Very sad experience. I hope it was a one-off as I've loved Captain D's fish for years. I'll try the Tallahassee location next time. For $33, not worth it.

To be honest, I was afraid to really order any food. The negative attitude with which you are greeted both in drive through, and at the counter screens I don't care about working here and I don't care about the customers either. The amount of unprofessionalism that is displayed by the vulgar talk, the eye rolling and just their attitudes is just terrible. The inconsistency of the food is on another level. one day the food is seasoned nicely another day it's over seasoned another day you wonder where it are the seasonings. if you complain to management they don't seem to care either and think that it's your problem not their problem. I have stopped going to this establishment, and instead go across the street or go to the new sonic. Anywhere but here.
