There were more things wrong with our order than there were correct. They did not toast sandwiches as ordered, no cheese when cheese was requested, wrong cheese on another sandwich. This is not the first time orders have been wrong at this location. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

Horrible service!! I was in line looking at the new items on the menu. Thinking to myself, maybe I will try something outside of my regular choice. I couldn't help but notice the way the guy behind the counter was responding to the elderly lady in front of me. She asked a question, he responded short, snappy and right out rude. That wasnt the bad part! The lady working next to the guy behind counter chimes in with an extra layer of rudeness and practically rips the elderly lady's head right off her shoulders with ugliness. So now my turn. And here I come with the audacity to ask what type of chicken the new sandwich comes with? So the guy looks at me with the most dumbfounded look on his face and says to me, "The ingredients are listed up on the menu". So I asked him, "Well is it the solid chicken breast or the rotisserie chicken?" And the woman next to him pig-snarls at me in an even sharper tongue , "The ingredients are listed up on the menu!!" So I look directly at them both and politely say, "No worries, I will spend my money elsewhere!" And I walked out the door. Truth be told, this isnt the first time that same staff has been rude to either me or the person in front of me. I just havent felt that I should waste my time writing a review!! This time it bothered me because the elderly lady in front of me wasn't able to defend herself and that got the the core of my being!! But... if you want to spend your hard earned money on gutter-trash service, be sure to visit the Splendora Subway. This service is a direct reflection on management and I'm sure the owner would love knowing that money and future business has walked right out the front door! Kudos to the Subway team that works lunchtime, weekday hours. First of all i downloaded Subways app to find out (after calling the store,) that it wasn't working and call corporate because it's not their fault. So I asked if they could take a phone order and no their not allowed too. So I write down,(for my husband what 2 sandwiches we wanted and what we wanted on them and their employ couldn't even get that right. They left off the cheese and mayo on mine and couldn't even manage to put banana pepoers on my husband's . If that isn't enough the bread was hard and they couldn't even get the credit card machine to work and the price kept going up because it took 3 employs tk figure out hiw to charge for 2 sandwiches, cookiies and a bag if chips. read more

Got the breadlist bowl and came with no sauce. Which was supposed to have a Buffalo sauce with missing the salt, the pepper and a few of the ingredients. Then we also received got a wrap and it, so add some of the paper around the meat. Winstar to me, overall, terrible experience. Try taking it back. And then girl in charge that I had to wait till. The manager showed app the next day. Disable unable to do that that day. Because I had a funeral to attend overall. They got my $30 and no dinner. And I have called twice since then. Trying to get touched with the manager each time I tell. I'm told the manager isn't there. And the people at the shift is unable to refund my money. And they have the food back. I told the lady what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it the way I comes, I said "yes" and then proceeded to ask her 1 more question and she cut me off and said "we won't ask you anymore questions if you tell us that you want it the way it comes and to go to the register. Refused Service to a deaf person because they didn't have their mask due to Covid but could not read their lips because they didn't know sign language and have their face covered even though she tried to explain that she was deaf the lady was still rude had an attitude threw her hands up.. made me leave..: smh Subway read more

Subway location is alright . Parking isn't very ideal but for what subway is don't expect anything done above a fair enough standard

Friendly Service even when they are super busy I placed an order online for pickup, and my husband went to get in. He walked in and they were super busy, but despite how hard they were working, they still greeted everyone and apologized for the delay. They got our order correct, our sandwiches were good, and they even gave us some free cookies to make up for the delay. We will continue to go there. read more

Did you know they're open 24/7 now? WTF?? Since when? Awesome lol. But yeah every time I go there they're always really chill and over-pack the sandwiches pretty nicely. Now that they're 24/7 that's even better lol. Sometimes though the employees look like they hate their life. The ones during the day are fine but the night owls are always dead silent when making sandwiches.. It's fine though.
