I had a bad experience at this Subway on July 23, 2025. I arrived around 9:20 PM, well before the posted 10 PM closing time. An employee named Bianca told me they were closed. Moments later, I saw another customer walk in and get served. When I asked why I was denied service, Bianca smirked and ignored me. I felt mistreated and singled out. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I hope management looks into this because no customer should be treated this way. Their phone number 203-975-9935 At subway These 2 Spanish girls over charge me and when I asked why, they said I asked for extra cheese. They totally lie about it. I never ask nor they put any extra cheese. Don't go there to buy sandwich. These people charge you extra for no reason. I was at this store 5:25pm. First I asked for receipt. She said printer not working. Then it took time to get receipt. When I try to complain the other girl she didn't want to hear me at all. Great experience today at subway. My food was made quickly, correctly and perfectly. I even got an extra cookie for free and a tip that Reesie's cookies should be coming in the next week or so. Sadly the double chocolate chip cookies are gone. But everything was perfect today, so who could really complain here. Hehe They are limiting capacity, masks are required for service, and the staff are all wearing masks and gloves. The place was very clean. Best subway around. If you're in the Greenwich/Stamford area this is the subway to choose.

Undoubtedly the worst subway location. Staff is always rude, she was talking on her cell phone while making my food constantly cursing at the person she was speaking too. She then left to lunch while the family behind me was waiting for their food to be made. They are always out of ingredients as well as chips/drinks. This subway really gets on my nerves, THEY NEVER HAVE MEATBALLS!! Everytime I come here and try to get a meatball sub they tell me they just ran out, are you serios I've never seen a place so devoid of an ingredient. I stopped by after work on Friday, Aug. 23. According to online sources, it closes at 12am, I arrived there around 11:15 pm. The person serving gave a whole attitude with his hands because I was entering the place. He did not even say hi and did not look at me and kept cleaning. He said 'man i'm ready to go home'. I told him that I would just go somewhere else clearly upset. Then, he yelled, 'what?' when I was leaving. I work in the restaurant industry, I understand how this works. It was very unprofessional from his part to this. If he would have told that it was closed already, I would had even understood. Delivery was 20 minutes late and the sub was cold and they did not made it the ways that I asked for. Really disappointed

I drive to this Subway all the way from Westchester because they always have gluten free bread, despite the fact that the staff is consistently rude. Today I was disappointed that they had no gluten free bread, but I quietly shrugged it off while my son ordered his lunch. When I went up to the register to pay, the owner said, "No lunch for you?" and I answered, "No because you don't have gluten free bread." He proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't be upset (which I wasn't terribly until he started talking to me about it) because he was doing me a favor by EVER having gluten free bread since Subway doesn't require him to do so and that the only reason he does it all is because his daughter has severe celiac, implying that her dietary restriction is more legitimate than mine. So I told him that providing food for your customers in order to retain them isn't doing them a favor, it's just good business. Apparently even if I were Donald Trump, he said he still wouldn't feel the need to provide me with gluten free bread. He was rude and insulting and so is his staff. They are much nicer at the Stamford Town Center -- it's worth the extra effort. read more

I have a friend that owns 3 subways and they are all amazing compared to this one. Sandwiches could taste better but more than that they can get a staff that can communicate with customers. This place does not know how to train anyone to make your sandwich right. read more
