Excellent Hamburgers and shakes!!! A remarkably different flavor than the typical fast food for both items. I did not care for the fi=ed chicken, but the hamburgers are heaven,: very juicy and flavorful. You pay a bit more here, but the staff is always smiling and happy to help. They have great attitudes, all of them. I have not tried the fries, but I am so very full from the double hamburger, I had no room. The shakes I love, and the best for me is the chocolate! There is a great deal of parking for those who want to pick up or to eat there. We chose to eat there. Nothing fancy in way of ambiance, but very, very friendly. read more

The burgers were sub par because it was luke warm and not organized.The service was slow and people weren't taking anything seriously,some people were on there phones when there were orders to make for other people.It was a little bit messy inside but bathrooms and tables were clean and there was a janitor cleaning them each time a customer was done eating.I would come back but would like to see more improvement on the speed and cleanliness.I also would recommend music and more variety with drinks.7/10! read more

The people who work here all seem stoned. Only got my food after pointing out it had been sitting on their back counter for 10 minutes. It's totally cold now - stopped here because had limited time so no time to ask them to make again. They offered no apology or acknowledgment. They just don't give a sh*t. read more

Was very excited for this Shake Shake to open in Stamford! The quality of food at Shake Shack is always great; however, it seemed like food was taking a bit longer to come out. Perhaps they are still working out some of the kinks since they're still pretty new. Customer service though is very friendly. They have a nice outdoor area to eat as well! read more

Service and Ambiance were fine. However, the reason I stopped in was for the food, which was subpar. Ordered 6pc of Chicken Bites, a Shackburger, and a Chocolate Milk Shake. The Chicken Bites smelled of rancid oil, but it was the first time I'd ordered these from Shake Shack, so I thought I'd try them anyway to be sure. Well, they tasted worse than they smelled. I hate to waste food but I had to throw the remaining 4 pieces out. They were just too nasty to eat and I didn't want to get sick. So on to the Shackburger, which was ok. Much like it is at other Shake Shacks I've frequented, although they used more shake sauce than here than they do at NYC Shake Shacks. The Chocolate Milkshake was crunchy. And no, it's not a new flavor. It was filled with ice crystals, so I'm assuming that their freezer isn't quite as good as it should be. It was also way too sweet, with more chocolate syrup than they use at any of the other SS locations I've tried. Needless to say, this was my first and last time at this location. I looked around for a manager to alert them to the problems I encountered today, but non were to be found. Bottomline is, If I'm craving SS, which admittedly, will be a long while from now after today's meal, I'll go to one of the NYC locations. read more

this was probably the third time i've ever had Shake Shack, and the first time at this location. usually the wait time at other locations is insaneeee but this time.. gosh I think it might be a world record for the shortest wait time at Shake Shack ever. when I walked in, employee Christian was on his break but about 5 minutes after I ordered, his break was over and he got back in the kitchen and got my food out just 2 minutes after! i went with my friend Catherine and while we waited for my food, the CUTEST employee asked her out on a date!!!!! she does not have yelp but if she did, I know she would give this experience 5 STARS as well (the food AND the date ) anyway I was so happy that employee Christian was able to get my food out quickly. the shack burger was delish, the bacon cheese fries were delish and the cookies and creme milkshake was delish. thanks christian read more

Terrible service rude employees ordered food through the app they were out of avocado which I ordered on two sandwiches but the app didn't work so I didn't get those two sandwiches when I picked up my order. I'm probably rating them up a little bit, but it's still Shake Shack. I ordered pickup and arrived a little before my food was ready. Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than anticipated, and was notified that one of my items was out of stock. They offered a substitution, and while it took some extra time to be cooked, the staff was very nice and professional the whole time. Basically, there's clearly some growing pains of starting up the new shop, but it's still great food at a pretty reasonable price with nice people working. First time at any Shake Shack and honestly I don't see what the hype is about. Walked in, everyone was using the kiosk tablet which was very unbutton friendly and uncooperative, later find out you can order from the cashiers too, anyway, Food at most was ok, burger was nothing special to rave about, fries seemed dry, and saltless. Had the fifty fifty lemonade organic ice tea and wasn't what I expected but tasted ok, not great. Ambiance is expected, loud but spacious, but over all just plain over priced. Really slow service. It took over 20 minutes for our order to come out and the restaurant was literally empty.

Strawberry lemonade: 7/10 The strawberry lemonade is sweet but almost too sweet. There's not enough sour. The sweet is too overwhelming. But at lest you can actually taste the strawberry and lemon. And it still tastes pretty good. French fries: 10/10 The French fries were perfect! They had the just right amount of salt and were no too crunchy but not too soft either. And they ketchup was the cherry on top. Hot dog: 8.5/10 The hot dog tasted almost perfect but had a one fatal flaw. That is the bun. The bun made the hot dog stand out as it was a bit soggy and did not really fit as it did for other burgers, sandwiches etc. But overall the tender and juiciness of the hot dog is perfect and made really well Chicken sandwich: 10/10 The chicken sandwich had a great crust, flavor, and sauce. The chicken, mayo, and lettuce were a great combo together and made it taste perfect! read more

We ordered food online, got charged for the food, and received an order confirmation. When we showed up we waited 15 minutes before someone asked us what the order name was. Then 15 minutes later we are told that the order was never placed. We then place a new order and 5 minutes later the order that was "never received" magically shows up. read more

the service is HORRIBLE staff stand around and laugh and leave your food in a specific spot for 15-20 minutes give them a 25% tip, still will take 15-20 mins sometime even 25!!!! NEVER COME HERE. read more

I would not go here again after both my husband and I didn't have the best experience. The staff is discombobulated and as well as the food. The food for take out orders isn't properly packaged raising a concern for food safety. The Darien location is far better. I will not be returning. read more
