Look closely at the picture, fresh basil. The crust, a work of artistic perfection. Thin crisp immaculate. This is a pizza made with pride. Just when we thought it couldn't get any tastier the owner brought out a small cup of his mild Calabrian pepper chili sauce. Ask for it. A must. Use it to dip or spread on the pizza. I had biscuits & sausage gravy with fried eggs. It was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Talking to our server, we were told all breads & pies they make in house and quite yummy. I noticed that what I was hearing did not match or coincide with the picture on the TV. It wasn't the TV that was loud. Where was it coming from? The elderly couple had both of their cell phones on speaker and were listening to some "Hell and Brimstone" sermon podcast at full volume. Problem. I did not come in here to listen to their choice of entertainment. I asked the server if he could get them to turn it off. He did. They turned it down, but not without some threatening glares toward my wife and I. The dining experience for us was ruined. We didn't know what to expect, given the fast-casual style. But every dish we tried was amazing. We ordered a platter with brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. Got the baked beans and mac & cheese on the side. All the meats were perfectly cooked. The mac was tasty. And these baked beans were insanely delicious. One of the highlights is their BBQ sauce. It is a perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and spicy. Nice and thick, not watered down at all. When we return to Tahlequah, we'll definitely be back!
