I have been a regular customer for the past year and go into this location at least 2 times a week (sometimes 3). Today I asked for extra pickles and the girl said no, we are only allowed to give you 2 pickles. I thought she was joking at first. She said because I ordered the $3.99 pocket sandwich, it only comes with 2 pickles. I said well i am asking for light lettuce so an extra pickle can offset that cost. Nope!! Went there for lunch to get a sandwich since Wendy's line was huge.. I should have just waited in line.. first off cashier was rude, she is not nice. Owner was a jerk. Stopped in on my lunch break today and asked for the code to the restroom so I could wash my hands before I ordered/ate he looked at me like I had 6 heads and told me it was for customers only. This is the second time I've gone to this establishment and was treated very rudely by the owner and a manager for requesting they wear a mask while interacting with me. Today, The manager, Anne, was not wearing a mask properly. It was under her chin. When I asked her to please put it on properly, she was rude, and pulled up up over her mouth, but left her nose uncovered. I asked her again, and the owner said it didn't matter because they had a plexiglass sheild. I pointed out that there was no sheild where they had sent me to stand, on the other side of the chips, where they were giving me my food. The owner asked me to leave. Terrible experience, when I tried to sit down at a table, I wasn't allowed to. I tried to sit on one side and they wouldn't let me. The food was honestly not good at all, my friend asked for a turkey sandwich and only gave him one slice of turkey, and when he was paying the worker she asked what the money. And the ambiance was terrible the environment was absolutely atrocious, it was really noisy and the workers were not the nicest people the best part of this experience was writing the review. We walked in and instead of being greeted, were told that no outside drinks were permitted because we came in with our own water. This is a ridiculous policy because we weren't even planning on buying any drinks. If anything, we would get tap water. Also, both restrooms were closed to top it off. We just walked out and went right across the street to Wendy's. Terrible, unfriendly, unhospitable place to eat. I'm also glad that I'm now reading the earlier Yelp reviews about people getting diarrhea from the food here and the manager treating them rudely. I literally came to write this review because of how genuinely kind and welcoming the staff was!! She even made a kind comment about my partner and I being a cute couple, as a gay couple it just made us feel so welcomed. I was in the area today so I decided to stop here for a meatball with well-done bacon. This older gentleman with peppered hair, thought it was OK to talk to me with a tone because he didn't like putting the bacon in the turbo chef oven. I told him that's fine but you don't have to talk to me rudely, he said this is not rude. Well it was, he then proceeded to try to tell someone else to charge me incorrectly for my sub, in order to get more money. I was going to stay and pay for my sub until he informed me he was the owner and then he thought it was OK to talk to me like a piece of shit, so I told him to fuck himself, and then I said eat shit, have fun with the sub and left.Let this be a lesson to you, I know you're reading this, you should not treat people like that, I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, and also you should probably wear Gloves correctly, rolling the rubber gloves halfway up your gorilla hair covered hands, it does not mean that you're wearing the gloves, that's just you acting like you are. The employee refused to punch in gift card number when the POS scanner couldn't scan the card. She was rude and unprofessional. I would also like to add that they are ripping people off with taxes. Mass state tax is 6.25%, my receipt had to tax lines one for 6.25% and one for .75%. Won't be going here again. read more

The subs are typical/fine but the male and female owners/managers are curiously unfriendly. I've been there many times (near my office and there aren't many options) and each time I wonder if they'll smile or say thanks as I leave. Never happens. Not mean but off-putting and I patronize them less because of it. Believe me, I'm about as undemanding a customer as you'll find. Long, slow lines especially during lunch hour. Be prepared to wait at LEAST 15 minutes to start your order. Ordering online doesn't work either because they screw that up too. read more

I'm a frequent customer, and I use their online ordering to save time. I would say I've been to this location a couple dozen or more times this year. My orders have always been right and fresh, and very large! The place is clean and fast, and always has enough of what I want. I once had an issue with the subway website payment (nothing to do with the store), and I spoke with the very helpful manager who called the owner. He gave me his personal cell number to make sure the issue was resolved (it was by the next day). Today they thought I might have made a mistake on my order (which was different than usual today) and prepared a separate container with the veggies that were missing. How is that for service!
