Even though the inside was packed, the staff cranked up the heaters and gave us the patio all to ourselves, which was a great touch and showed how much they care about their guests. The place has a classic New England feel, bringing back memories of growing up camping at Normandy Farms down the road. At the first window, the crew member could not communicate due to a language barrier. The second window staff could communicate politely; however, she seemed overwhelmed. All receipts are a special request, and delay the drive through. For this, a manager needed to be requested In the end, the experience was negative and half the family got the wrong order Wendy's, you can do better and have in the past.
