There are a few good things about chain sandwich restaurants, but some negatives as well. Primarily, they only put a minimal amount of meat and cheese on your sandwich...come on! Their tuna salad is pretty solid and that they will actually fill the hoagie with. read more

I ordered the sandwich online on Suvway app and when I went there to get my order after half an hour they told me they never got the order and kept on refusing to give me my sandwich. when I went there on Tuesday there was a middle aged man who when making me sandwich never really asked me what I wanted but when I asked for mustard he add mayonnaise and never asked me if I want to remove them and I was very furious I am never going back. read more

I went to Subway at Tuckahoe last Thursday morning. There is a young lady didn't see say anything to me when I walked in. When I said hello to her, She said giving her mins without any explanation and sounds rude. I wait for couple mins and walked away. It was a unhappy experience and rude customer service. after dropping my buddy off at home i was a bit hungry and subways was right in the area in tuckahoe. they started the 5 buck footlong deal again but you do have to purchase 2 to get the deal and thats ok cause the sandwiches are famous for being on the lite side .its fine as i got one tuna, one grill chicken which i will eat one now and one later on . no seating rule still in effect but i didnt plan on staying . i was bummed out , no appie pies but cookies are still available and still tasty. it is way it is and thats just tandy with me . read more

I'm a big fan of the Subway chain as a whole, but this place should be exemplary to all others. The customer service was awesome. The staff were kind, positive, and surprisingly attentive. The restaurant itself was beyond clean. And of course, the food was fresh. I was very happy with this particular Subway. Also, the 6" sandwich of the day is a GREAT deal. Excellent service from the woman that works at night... I wish I had gotten her name but I threw away my receipt... My bank statement says Saturday Feb 29 at 6:30... If any manager reads this please reward her for a great job... She was handling my party of five and two other families and the Uber orders all coming in at once.. She was doing everything alone but still managed to make everything perfectly without anyone having to repeat themselves ... She was funny and friendly too and made everyone calm while we waited our turn...It was the cleanest, nicest experience I've had in a subway even with her needing more support. read more

I live in Tuckahoe and I recall when this subway location opened up a couple of years ago. I have been frequenting this location since the opening. The young men and women have always been very nice. However upon patronizing this particular location today 6/08/18, there was a young lady named Sandy who was extremely rude to me. I have ordered the same sandwich every time I come and have never been charged extra for cheese When I simply informed that I have never been charged she was very disrespectful and said well you should have been charged and I don't know why they never charged. It was at this point that I said I don't know maybe because I only put about three toppings on my sandwich. I then proceeded with my order and she began slamming the banana peppers on to my sandwich and huffing and puffing. It was at this time that I said I no longer wanted the sandwich. The gentleman that accompanied me asked sandy how much is the cheese. I told him it's not about the price of the cheese it's the way Sandy spoke to me. It what's at this time that I've decided I did not want to sandwich. Sandy then proceeded to ask me what is she supposed to do with the sandwich and I told her she can do whatever she wanted with the sandwich she then proceeded to tell me that I am bugging out over $.60 worth of extra cheese. I am form Sandy at that time that I deal with human relationships and the way she is speaking to me is very unprofessional she told me that she's been here at Subway for a long time and I'm the first person who complained. It was at this point that I asked for the manager's name which they informed me is Frank. I love the Italian combo with the honey oh bread with a little bit of honey mustard a little bit of mayonnaise banana peppers and a small amount of jalapeño peppers and of course the mixture of cheddar cheese. I will never frequent this subway again and I will tell my children never to go back there and my family and friends Sandy was very unprofessional and very nasty to me.
