Finally found the prefect breakfast order here. Been disappointed with the English muffin sandwiches because the muffin was always hard. Yesterday I got the chicken, egg, cheese added bacon biscuit. I'm usually not a fan of biscuits because they are usually hard. But I was pleasantly surprised the biscuit was soft and flaky. Everything went well in each bite. Took a while for Chick Fil A to get to Westchester and now there are multiple! I've only had it a few times, normally while traveling. The nuggets and fries have always been a favorite of mine. We love Chick-Fil-A, it's always a delicious meal. However the reason for this review is the outstanding customer service that I received. I spilled my drink in my car and went back into the store to get some napkins. A Chick-Fil-A team member, Christopher, went above and beyond and offered napkins, wet napkins, a bag to throw out the used napkins and a free refill. This type of customer service is rare indeed and he did this with a smile on his face. Customer service is very important to me and I can honestly say that they have won my business and my recommendation. I also want to mention that his manager was instrumental in assisting Christopher but she wanted none of the credit and said that I should direct this review solely to Christopher. It is unfortunate that I had this experience with Chick-fil-A because I am a huge fan. However, my first experience with the location on Central Ave (whether you call it Yonkers or Scarsdale) it's the same location. On 9/7 around 6:00pm my husband and I placed an online order for pick-up. Upon arriving at the location between 6:30 - 7:00 the doors were locked. Myself and a few other customers were standing around in bewilderment, a manager (dark brown uniform) came to the door, said there was electrical issues (the Chipotle next door was closed also) and the store would reopen at 7:00. We didn't want to wait, Called Chick-fil-A Care and was told, 'a ticket was put in and we would have our refund within 72 hours because it was the weekend". I waited patiently, this week I have been on the phone with at least 5 different people who keep telling me the refund comes directly from the store, but then I will get a call from someone saying I have the wrong store. Ridiculous. All I want is my $57.79 refund. Chick-fil-la has lost a real fan. read more

I always and never ever had a problem with Chick-Fil-A , went here and the line was long but they have a system that makes the line goes fast which is okay , my chicken sandwich I could not eat it was chewy like rubbery this was my first ever did not like it . I had chick in Conn , Virginia and down South Never dislike it . Don't know if the sandwich was over cooked , old sitting or just not cooked right .
