I only say that because when I got there I still had to walk in, There were only a few customers and not busy at all. But listening to the complaints I knew it wasn't just my order that was a problem. One young guy out front doing the best he can and several people in the kitchen and other areas having a good time, but not helping customers where they should have been. I guess a manager or an assistant finally come out to help him, but she was kind of useless, took one order and disappeared in the back. My order still was not filled. He finally put my order together and I left. Of course the order was wrong, didn't get our desert and my sensation salad was not terrible and not done right at all, it was soggy, the egg roll was burnt and I ended up throwing most of it out. The milk shake was completely melted. Maybe I expect too much, but really only wanted a little customer service, a give a shit attitude on making orders right and prepare the food as it is suppose to be. The prices have definitely gone up, but everything else has taken a nose dive.
