The pork had good flavor and texture. Not fatty or stringy. I could actually see the pink smoke ring. I did not expect this quality near in a fast food place. The BBQ beans could be canned, but they were good. Because I didn't know what to expect, I took another chance by going with the Alabama wrap, with the Bama white sauce on the side and a mustard based slaw in the wrap. It was great. And I am glad they served the sauce on the side, so I could see the meat first, instead of drowning it in cheap sauce to cover it up.

I went to a wedding reception there and thought they were kidding when they said the name. But, the food and service is stellar. Casual, beefy, American and delicious. We live now in Hohenwald TN.
