When you're at a gas station, your food options are usually pretty limited. While stopping for gas and potty breaks, we also wanted a little lunch. Service was quick (we started a trend-right after we ordered, several people lined up to order) and we were eating our sandwiches pretty fast. While ordering, I noticed that the lettuce was pretty wilted and many of the other veggies looked a little old. Overall, the food was ok. My husband and I stopped here for dinner shortly before they closed; they were NOT closed, but they said they were..when we asked if they closed early or something, the teenager behind the desk bruskly repeated 'we're CLOSED.' This was 18 OCT 2021 if the owner would like to know. I get it's hard to close, but that doesn't mean teenagers should decide they're tired of serving sandwiches during hours. After driving several hours from Colorado to Salt Lake City we stopped at this Subway for dinner, which was usual for our family and this particular route. We walked in and were greeted by a young gentleman who was polite at first and greeted us with "We'll be right with you" as he walked into the back room. Another person came out with two or three different packages of meats and also said something like "we'll be right there". A minute or so goes by and the first employee returns from the back and said "actually we are closed right now, we need time to prepare and restock". I asked him so which is it you just said you'll be right with us and now are saying you are closed? His response was "It's not like you've been waiting a long time, so yes we are closed". My family and I left and found a different restaurant nearby that was open and willing to serve us that will now be our "usual" stop when passing through town. read more

Every time I go into to this subway I think can the service get worse. surprise! It can. If it wasnt for the fact I live up the road and its convenient when I only have a few minutes I would never go to this location again. The service is AWEFUL. The employees is more concerned with talking to each other and smoking than helping their customers. Today I had to tell the lady not once not twice. Not even 3 times but four times. FOUR TIMES. what kind of cheese I wanted. Because she would rather talk to her co-workers.. We have been yelled and sworn at because we got there 30 minutes to close. It is all around an awful experience. Honestly.. drive the 6 miles into price. You'll get much better service. read more

Manager and employee were horrible. Customer service skills were completely absent. They were yelling at us to go one at a time during the COVID-19 which we were happy to do but every new customer that came in would be rudely told to do the same. Lots of eye rolling. Seemed very inconvenienced to be doing their job in a time when jobs are in short supply. When it was my turn to get my sandwich I heard the manager say "oh my gosh this is ridiculous," when people where coming in the store. Sandwiches are always fine. Thankfully subway is a chain restaurant and you can't really mess up a sandwich while you're watching them make it for you. Why I have this particular subway a one is their horrible customer service the last three times I've been there. Why did I come back the third time? Because it's the only restaurant between where I travel from for work. They hire teenagers who don't care about their jobs. One of them was so hungover (I'm assuming) she damn near fell asleep making people sandwiches. Whenever there is a line, there is no hustle. No motivation. This last trip THEY WOULDNT STOP TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND THEREFORE THE CUSTOMERS WERENT BEING HEARD. Absolutely ridiculous. The line is 6 people deep and they are gossiping about what they did over the weekend. I'm all for enjoying yourself at work but not at the cost of your customers. Just horrible. I'd rather not eat or drive 10 miles out of my way for anything else. read more

Poor service. Older lady was rude when explaining why the sandwich didn't have as much meat as what was in the picture. Then proceeded to explain that it would cost me $6 more if I wanted as much meat as what they had in the picture on the menu. Disgusted to say the least! As soon as we arrive there was 4 workers behind the glass, talking about a highly inappropriate topic, they actually finished their conversation before they asked us what we wanted, it was a simple order 2 sandwich's, 1-footlong and a kids mini sub. They were so caught up in the conversation, that they literally just slopped our sandwiches together, grrrrr! Didn't even take the 3 secs to spread the olives around just piled them up! And actually was just putting random veggies on, all the while captivated in their conversation!! This was by far the worst and I mean worst subway I have ever been too! They then told us that they were not allowed to sell us just a sandwich, that we had to purchase it in a meal, that it was the "new" store policy. Not one of our sandwiches was correct, not one. Not one of them had on hair nets or hats. It seemed that their wasn't a person there that had the brains god gave a grasshopper! The customer service at this store was ridiculous and it will be the last time I spend money there. I own a very large business near by and have called in very large orders in the past some orders that were over $300! And I have been known to do this several times a month when I hold training courses. But I promise, I will never drop another penny in this ridiculous store. This is the worst place to go. Yeah great food maybe! Customer service and cleanliness is complete shit. The lobby is always a wreck.. I think I've seen 1 young girl who I don't believe works there be the only one to actually clean it all the time. The area they make the food has veggies mixed in together and sauce all over the place... the counter behind them was covered in dishes, the floor had wrappers all over it. The workers had attitude and were whispering to each other the whole time... one lady I believe her name was opal was just playing on her phone at the register while the other girl was making sandwiches, I think you guys need new management or to get better more respectful workers and learn how to clean your store. We drove thru on a Sunday evening and thought Subway would be a good fit. The teenage boys who were in charge were extremely unfriendly and acted annoyed about being there. I ordered what I thought was a simple sandwich, the club, but was asked to repeat again and again the cheese, vegetable,and dressing selection. Furthermore the available vegetables were extremely limited, dry, and unappealing. On other trips I will avoid this Subway. I did not get any dressing despite asking for it and repeating my choice. read more

First, this is a subway in a gas station. I went in with low expectations. There were two people in line a head of us and one girl working out front since it was just after lunch rush on a Sunday. She immediately called for someone to come help her and suddenly 4 people came swarming out of the back with only one going to the counter to assist the original girl. The other 3 decided they should take care of their busy tasks such as wiping down the counters and what not. 1 chick in particular, Kristi, decided to help out at the register as it came our turn to check out but the girl before her decided to refill the cash tray and Kristi was too unobservant or dumb to realize I was paying with a card and literally stared at me for 5 minutes waiting for the other girl. When the other girl came back she told Kristi that she didn't have to wait. It then took Kristi another 5 minutes to ring us up. To top it all off the gas station was filled with flies. If you get stuck stopping here on your drive just get your sandwich to go and eat outside or in your car, that is if Kristi has found enough brain cells to remember how to work the register. read more

I brought my family to eat here at the Miller Subway in Wellington Utah on our way back to SLC from Green River. We ordered 4 six inch subs with one of them being the roasted chicken breast. When my wife took a bite of the chicken sub she gagged. It turns out that half of the breast was overcooked to the point of it being brown and hard as a rock. When she took it back they told her that all of the chicken breasts were exactly the same. They didn't offer her anything different or even a new sandwich. She came back to our table very upset but tore the bad part off and tried to choke down the rest. I got upset after that and took the offending piece of chicken up for them to see and asked for a refund. That's when they refused a refund stating they needed a manager there to do that. They finally offered to make a new sandwich but by that point my wife didn't want anything from them. We left disgusted. I would give this place less than one star if I could. The staff was rude and could care less if you were satisfied. If you do eat here check your sandwich before consuming it. read more

Since there's no DeLucca available and it's basically connected to subway at this travel stop I'm posting here. First the employees are great and fun to talk with. This lil fast food pizza and I think chicken finger joint is convenient. The dough is made daily and parbaked awaiting final cooking and it's probably that highlight of the pizza tho it lacks chew or crunch. The cheese is standard tasteless bulk fair as are the toppings. The low point is definitely the sauce which is way too obviously bottom of the kind canned garbage. I hate to say this as my expectations have seriously dropped since I started driving truck but I'd rather put down one of those dollar totino frozen jobs from Wal-Mart as I, as a big hairy trucker, couldn't bring myself to finish their smallest personal size pizza. Good thing there's plenty of garbage cans here. The two stars are for the excellent employees and a better than those terrible pizza hut and dominos crusts. read more

We ordered on their website for the food to be ready about 45 minutes in the future. About 20 minutes later I received an email telling me my food was ready. We got there a few minutes late to be told that they hadn't even started our order and it would probably just be faster to stand in line and order it through the line (when we had placed the initial order an hour prior). I told her that I wanted to cancel the order and go elsewhere and she told me that she couldn't refund us because there wasn't a manager there. I ended up leaving without our food. What a joke! Why do they take online orders if they aren't capable of servicing them? What kind of a place can't refund their customers when they can't provide the goods? I asked for a comment card and she told me they didn't have a comment card... I grabbed an old receipt that was sitting there with info on how to contact management/corporate. What a joke!
