I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience ordering from Subway via the Subway App. I placed an order for delivery and received a notification that Door Dash " on behalf of Subway" would be delivering it. A few minutes later I got another notification saying my order was cancelled. To make matters worse, I noticed I had not been refunded the money from my order. I went to the Subway store and spoke with the manager, Alicia. She advised me to wait a few more days, stating that refunds typically occur within about three days. She also mentioned that if the refund did not appear, I should return and tell whoever was there that I spoke with her, and I would get my refund. I waited patiently for a few more days, but still, no refund. My husband then went to the store, only to be told by Alicia that we needed to contact Door Dash for a refund. This is unacceptable! I DID NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH. Your store hired them to deliver my order. It is Subway's responsibility to process my refund, not mine to chase down Door Dash for your error. Then Alicia had the nerve to say that she gave me free food as my return, which is completely false. I have a receipt for the order I placed while I was there the first time complaining about my canceled order. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and a waste of my time. I expect Subway to resolve this issue promptly and ensure that I receive my refund immediately. This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. I contacted Subway's corporate office and was told my complaint was forwarded to the appropriate person. I will continue to post negative comments until my refund is received. read more

Worst Subway I have eaten at. There was hardly any meat on my sub and my husband's sub. They left off the cheese completely off both. I basically ate a bread sandwich with some vegetables. Another good experience for our 2nd visit in a couple months. This place is clean with an upgraded interior. The menu is enhanced with new offerings. The ingredients are always fresh and numerous options. The new salads and protein bowls are excellent. Definitely a lot of meat in the protein bowl. May be the best 'salad' you'll ever do. The new staff is quick and friendly. I believe the 'new' Subway to be be much better than Jimmy John's since the options for bread, veggies, meats, specialty sandwiches and bowls, etc. are so varied. I went yesterday to Subway to use my gift card. I went in because I had to get several different sandwiches. Madison was great and very attentive. The guy that was working with her had zero personality. It was like a bother to make the sandwiches. Also he wasn't wearing a mask. If it wasn't for Madison, you all would have been in trouble. This subway is completely unorganized. There are no employees that know how to do their job properly. Extremely poor management. 3 employees built my sandwich while one made the sandwich for the guy behind me who jumped me in the line and was gone several minutes before my sandwich was even finished. I ordered a basic sandwich that didn't require any toasting, heating or any other special handling. The restaurant ran out of medium lids completely the prior day and still didn't have them out on my visit. The worst part is that they will all have conversations about all the things they don't know or can't figure out in front of customers. Footlong with no extras 13.77. i cringed as I watched count each piece of topping on the sandwich like a donation to me. Not my idea of a sandwich artist, but lesson learned I won't be back. I could have got so many other places with a better quality and value. read more

I give 1 star because I can't post without at least 1. I ordered a very simple footlong, double pepperoni toasted and honey mustard on wheat. That's it. I probably wouldn't post if this same restaurant didn't mess up order twice on same sandwich at different times. I was told on phone I would get refund like last time after charging me $7+ for said sandwich and having to drive back after arriving home. That didn't happen, so a review instead. Customer service is very low here. Don't say I thought you wanted this or that or I thought you said. If I wanted it I would've asked for it. read more

3rd time in a row messed up and slow. This store is terrible. Apparently 2 cars is "busy" and takes 15+ minutes to get through the drive through. I've ordered deluxe (1.5x meat) each time, but never receive it. This last time the the order was so wrong I had to write this review. I give it five stars for a Subway because it's the cleanest and most well managed one I've ever been to. The staff (as of this visit) are extremely nice and helpful and they take care in preparing what you want. They don't just throw your sandwich together like some others I've seen. The dining area is EXTREMELY well kept and clean. Definately reccomend this subway for anyone! read more

I have ordered in advance twice a number of sandwiches for the softball team. No one answers the phone or checks the fax machine. I have called the store non-stop since 1:15PM, it is now 2:40PM. I have talked to a person once who told me the fax machine did not have paper in it. There is no way they will have our 24 sandwiches ready on time!! read more

First of all, let me say I love most Subways. In fact, I cant think of anytime that I have had a bad experience at one until I started working out of Winchester and started going to this location. In the past 3 weeks, the credit card machine has been down a few times. The sign they hang on the ordering speaker cannot be seen until you get right up on it meaning you sit in line forever before you know its a cash only day. Today, I noticed the "under new management sign" and pulled in to give it another go. Horrible decision.After waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes, the associate comes over the speaker and kindly asks if I will wait while she finishes with the customer in front of me. I say sure. About 4 minutes into my wait, the associate must have hit the microphone button and I overhear her talking to another worker about a third coworker and what she had said. This conversation continued for about 3 minutes until I finally gave up and went elsewhere for lunch. The moral of the story: This subway is a no go no matter who the manager is. read more

The staff seem nice and the sandwiches are good but the drive thru is extremely slow. Ridiculously slow. Every time I've went, if there's a car in front of me, it takes forever to get an order and move the line. The other day there was a van in front of me and did not move for 10 minutes. I finally left the line. Please work on your drive thru speed. Also I ordered a Cold Cut Combo and there was a hard bit of something in my sandwich, it looked like a piece of cheese or meat but I'm not sure what it was, absolutely disgusting.
